Arizona Program Pairs Veterans With Trained Service Dogs

  A rescued dog named Riot is giving Army veteran Raychelle Salter a new layer of support as she manages the effects of post-traumatic stress disorder, thanks to a Valley program now in its fourth year of pairing veterans with trained service dogs. The match came through the Fulton Homes Operation K-9 Companion Program, a partnership between Fulton Homes, Peoria-based nonprofit Soldier's Best Friend, and radio station BIG 94.5.
