I think even our society and our culture has almost kind of poo-pooed this idea of, oh, well, women need foreplay, like they've made it a negative thing when it's actually a really, really positive thing for your relationship and not just in the bedroom.
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Permission for Pleasure. I'm Cindy Sharkey, your host. Thanks for joining me. We have a really practical episode today with my returning guest, Megan Caston of Marriage 365. She's a fan favorite with her candor and tips, practical ideas. I'm thrilled that she could be back with us to talk about all things foreplay. This episode is sponsored by Intimate Wellbeing. They are an online sexual wellness boutique and community that is geared for midlife women. I don't know anything quite like them that's out there. Their founders, Coco and Lowell, are passionate about providing women with quality products and education. I recently collaborated with them for a free webinar all about foreplay and fun. I really appreciate what they offer on their platform. Put a little joy in you with their organic water-based lube, check out their toys, their products, their education, all the possibilities. And use my discount code for sure, Cindy15. You'll find the link in the show notes. Now let's talk about foreplay. Megan, welcome back to Permission for Pleasure. Thank you so much for having me back. I love when you come on and you are one of our listeners' favorites. Aw, well, hey, thanks everybody. Glad to be here. Yes. They love our conversations. And today we're going to talk about foreplay.
SPEAKER_01One of my favorite topics to talk about. Let's let's chat about foreplay, the good stuff.
SPEAKER_00Tell us a little bit about you and your work in the world. So the people who haven't met you yet that are new that they can get to know you.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely. So my husband and I run a company called Marriage 365. So we have a really big passion and heart to make sure that couples and individuals can be the healthiest people that they can be. So we offer online coaching, intensives for couples in crisis. We speak at retreats, we've written books, but our number one resource we have is our membership. It's kind of like a masterclass for your marriage, if you will. And we just love pouring into individuals and couples who, again, want to be really healthy and thriving in all areas of their life, especially their marriage.
SPEAKER_00I'm delighted by your platform, everything you guys are doing. So wonderful to hear what you're doing, your work in the world. And you know, one thing about foreplay before we jump in. I don't love the word foreplay. Yeah, tell me more. Well, it perpetuates that script that it isn't sex, that it just is a lead up to something else, penetration, intercourse. And you and I both know that women enjoy a lot of things outside of intercourse or penetration.
SPEAKER_01Oh, for sure. I would agree with you. I would be fine if we didn't have intercourse, but I would not be okay if we didn't have foreplay. A lot of women feel like that. To be completely honest, yeah, I agree with you. I think the word too has been misused. I think it's a very misunderstood word. I think it means something different for women and something different for men, oftentimes. I think even our society and our culture has almost kind of poo-pooed this idea of, oh, well, women need foreplay. Like they've made it a negative thing when it's actually a really, really positive thing for your relationship and not just in the bedroom.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I love how you speak to that.
SPEAKER_01I think anyone that's been confused or anyone that often comes to probably you or I and has questions, I think it's really normal. I think having healthy conversations like we're gonna have about this is exactly how people have more knowledge and understanding around it.
SPEAKER_00I like language about warming up and creating erotic energy, you know, sparking your own mind and body towards arousaling with a partner. Oh, absolutely. Yes. And it can be with your mind, it can be with your body, it could be with your senses, it could be fantasy, audio. Yeah, using all the five senses, right? As much as possible. Yes, and with intention.
SPEAKER_01Yes, and finding things where you're like, oh, my spouse or my partner responded when I did that. Oh, they didn't respond the way when I did this, you know, and then of course being able to have healthy conversations about it. But you know, I think a foreplay, it's really about creating a mood that really allows you to be intimate and wanting sex. Like I really think it's about this creating, and not just the mood, but like this sexual tension and excitement and the safety, this emotional safety, this physical safety, right? This mental safety. I think too, foreplay is what makes someone a really attentive lover. A really attentive lover is really they hone in on their foreplay skills. They hone in on what they like, what their partner likes. And I think too, foreplay just gets our mind and body ready to be excited for intercourse in and under the bedroom again.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I like that. Your ebook 69 Tips for Better Married Sex, or what's it called? I just got caught up on the 69.
SPEAKER_01I know it's my favorite number. You know, when you're in the marriage world, there's a lot of sex jokes. Let me tell you, we could probably just do a podcast full of sex jokes. But yeah, it's 69 ideas for better married sex. And this really came from the idea of people hearing the word foreplay, people hearing the word better sex, and like, but what does that actually look like on a practical level? And so in the book, it's a free ebook, by the way, so anyone can download it at marriage365.com. But I actually have a couple of different sections. I have what we call pre-foreplay. This idea and concept, we didn't hear it from anybody. It's really something my husband and I started creating when we realized we've been doing sex not the right way, or not the best way, I should say, for a long time. And he was like, Well, babe, this isn't really foreplay. This to me seems like pre-foreplay. And I said, you know what? That's a really great way to actually say it. So, what pre-foreplay is to us at Marriage 365 and for my own marriage is actually anything outside of the bedroom. So anything positive, sending flirty text messages throughout the day, making the bed, preparing the room.
SPEAKER_00Oh, preparing the room, 100% of that.
SPEAKER_01You know, even just sitting with your spouse in moments where they're sad and creating that emotional safety, buying your wife flowers, surprising your husband at work with his favorite coffee drink, helping put the kids to bed, unloading the dishwasher. I mean, it doesn't look the same for everybody, but effort and intentionality. So anything before you even enter the bedroom or wherever you're having sex, if it's positive, if it's emotionally connecting, if it's providing that safety, it's providing our minds, because our brain is our largest sex organ, to prepare and go, that's right, I love this person. I want to bring them pleasure and I want them to bring me pleasure. So whatever your list is, those are things that are pre-foreplay. And those things in my mind are just as important as foreplay.
SPEAKER_00I agree. Showing desire, enthusiasm, and intention, like you're talking about. Everybody wants to feel desired.
SPEAKER_01I think a lot of times, I mean, I don't like to stereotype, but you know, there are some stereotypes that are true, and then there's some stereotypes that are not true. But oftentimes women come to me and they say, I feel like a piece of meat. You know, I feel like he's just using me for sex. One of the things that pre-foreplay can actually help is if a husband's listening and they're like, Well, yeah, you know, I've heard my wife say that before. We always say, How's your pre-foreplay game? Like, are you doing the emotional connection? Are you doing the also romantic, fun, flirtatious things? Are you showing desire the whole day, not just five minutes before you want to have intercourse? Because it's more than that. And again, I know that there are men who also love the pre-foreplay. I think actually both people in a relationship do value and love the pre-foreplay if they view it as something positive and also something really healthy. Let's just talk about healthy couples. Healthy couples have pre-foreplay. They've got strong levels of pre-foreplay. They have lists, they know they've talked about it. And I think that that's all something that we should try to achieve. It should be a goal for all of us is to have a really good pre-foreplay game and ideas on what we can pull out when we know we're gonna be intimate or when we want to be intimate with our spouse.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Day-to-day, everyday points of connection, being intentional, and cleaning up the bedroom. Oh gosh. I'm gonna refer to my episode about sexifying your space because people don't think about that. They don't think about creating an environment too that makes you want to go in there and be antibit.
SPEAKER_01Especially if you're someone like me where I'm type A, very task-driven. If I see like clothes on the ground, or oh, the bed's not made, or oh, that's right, I haven't dusted and vacuumed, my brain's my largest sex organ. That's what I'm thinking. I wish it wasn't the case, but that's the reality. And so my husband's learned really, he's learned from me and said, hey, I love it when I come to the bedroom and you've lit a few candles and you've got my, we've got like a sexy time playlist, you know, on Spotify. And he knows like that gets me in the mood. For me, it's Dave Matthews' band, man, all the way. I'm like, once I hear that man singing, I'm like, okay, I'm ready. But to even know those things, that's part of the pre-foreplay game of preparing it so that when I walk in the room, it's not like, hey, you want to have sex? Okay, let's do it. You know, it's there's thought, intentionality. And I know that so many people want that passion. They want to reignite the passion and the intimacy. And so you're gonna have to be intentional in order to get that.
SPEAKER_00Yes. And one idea, as we're talking about this, is our episode sponsor is Intimate Wellbeing. They have a whole section on their website of foreplay and a sexy date idea, people listening. You could go in there together, scroll through the ideas in there, the products, and say, hey, that looks fun, or that's not for me. And then and talk about it. Talk about it. What would be fun?
SPEAKER_01What would be interesting? And the first time you talk about it is always uncomfortable. But guess what? Then the more and more you talk about it, it becomes less and less and less uncomfortable. And then it becomes a habit, a healthy habit. And that's why I think a lot of people they try to talk about it once or twice, it didn't go well. And then they assume and write it off to say, Well, look, we tried and it didn't work. And I say, keep pressing on, don't give up. That's like me. I have a teenager right now, and you know, there's a lot of really awkward conversations with a teenager and trying to get to her, but I'm not gonna give up on that relationship. I'm gonna continue to try, I'm gonna continue to pursue what's in her heart, what's in her mind, what are her fears, right? Why do we just give up so quickly? You know, it's because it wasn't easy, it wasn't comfortable. And talking about sex is beyond uncomfortable for every person at first. I'm only comfortable about it. Cindy, you're only comfortable about it because we've talked about it. We've made this a priority to make this normal in our own relationship.
SPEAKER_00Yes. And, you know, Megan and I have several episodes together on the podcast about communication. And I'll reference those in the show notes because they are really solid with good tips and practical ideas. So don't miss those if you've missed Megan before. Let's jump to foreplay ideas. We've talked about pre-foreplay, and I'm gonna let you start in because this is one of your favorite subjects.
SPEAKER_01Yes. Okay, so first I actually want to start off with you kind of touched on it. You said the D-word desire. Foreplay and even intercourse, but anything sexual, if there's desire there, it's a turn on. We all want to be desired. We all want to know that our partner is desirable too. And I think a lot of times we get stuck and it's very like, okay, should we do it tonight? Okay, yeah. But there's no desire, and that's a big turnoff. And so if you're really insecure or you've ever felt like, I just don't feel sexy or I just don't feel like I've got that, Megan. Like, that's not in me. Let me just tell you that if you just have this mindset of, you know what? Like for me, I've been married 20 years. I still can turn my husband on after 20 years. I got something going on, right? But it's about the mind and the desire and showing desire. Because while I don't like to compare to porn, one of the things that people love about pornography and watching pornography is that there's desire. There's high levels of desire. And there's something to be said about that. Now, I'm not saying to go watch porn, but what I am saying is that that is one of the things that people usually take away is like, wow, like there was so much desire between that couple. And that's what we see in Hollywood, that there's this desire, right? They're making out, and then he throws her up on the wall, and there's like this passion, this desire, the heat, right? And like we want that. And so I would actually kind of self-assess like, where are you on the desire scale from one to ten? Ten would be, you know, I have high levels of desire and passion. And one would be like, ooh, I got nothing. And it's not a judgment, it's actually just to bring out honesty with where you're at. You know, when you are doing any kind of foreplay, whether it's kissing or oral sex, are you hesitant? Are you like questioning your spouse? Like, oh, do you really want me to do that? Because all of that shows I don't desire you. I don't desire this. I'm not having fun. And so I'm not saying to do something that you're uncomfortable with in the bedroom, but I would say desire is a big turn on. When you see your spouse having fun in the bedroom and loving it and loving being pleased themselves and also pleasing you, anyone can get behind that, right? Wouldn't you agree?
SPEAKER_00That's the biggest turn on.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely. I think this is a really simple thing to do, but take a shower. And you can do that together or separately, actually. So I always tell moms of young kids like, you got crackers on you, and you probably smell like spit up milk and milk soggy. Yeah, and like whatever. You just feel like a mom. And in order to go into the bedroom, you know, sometimes you genuinely physically have to wipe away the day, the mom side of you, the goldfish crackers off of your body. And I think that there's something really sensual. If you have a shower wand, I know every sex therapist recommends having one. You can just start massaging your body, you know, if you're doing this by yourself. You'll feel clean, you'll feel more sexy. And this is not just for females. I think men oftentimes too, you know, they've been in the office all day or they've been working or whatever that is, or they've been with the kids, and they too feel like I'm just yucky dad right now. I've been doing house projects all day. So ideally, take a shower together, you can make out, you can massage each other, exfoliate the skin, but get some like nice lotions and body washes. I mean, we have ones we found that they're like more of like it's just for sex. And the scents are very, very romantic for us. Like we both are really turned on by the sense. And so talking about those five senses, right? But there's also something really steamy and sexy about having warm water run on your bodies and being naked and cleaning each other. And I think that that's one that you know, I get some people just really like to have shower time by themselves, but I also go, it's gonna make you feel really good. Try it, try it before you knock it, right?
SPEAKER_00Well, and also there can be a little of both. Sometimes that you can be on your own if that's what you're really needing to just transition, or maybe you're more in the mood to include one another. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_01Okay, another tip is write an erotic letter to your spouse.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I'm gonna love this.
SPEAKER_01I think a lot of people have the love language of words of affirmation. They like to be told, I'm proud of you, I love you, you're so sexy. And it's really hard for people to verbally communicate that. Like if you don't feel like you're a great communicator, or maybe you have a hard time kind of formulating your thoughts and putting them into words, writing is one of the best things that you can do, right? And you're not being judged on it. Or if it came out wrong, or maybe the tone was weird. And so I would say everybody should try this. And really, a lot of times spouses will say, Hey, talk dirty to me, and they feel uncomfortable, right? Or they giggle or they feel like, oh, I can't do that. So you get an opportunity to do that in a letter in writing format. And you can take your time. And let me tell you, when you write the erotic letter, it is a turn on. Like I remember doing this, and Casey wasn't even home. And I was like, Okay, I'm gonna text him, babe, when are you gonna be home? He's like, Oh, like 10 minutes. I'm like, okay, good, because I'm really horny. He's like, What? I'm like, I have to share something with you. So then he said, I'll be home in five. Yeah, exactly. I'll forget the groceries. I'm I'm heading home now. Yeah. And so part of the turn on is actually writing the letter, just thinking about all the different memories and your spouse's body parts, and you don't have to be eloquent. You don't have to worry about spelling. I mean, genuinely your spouse isn't gonna care. Like that's the thing. But you're just gonna be really loving and sexy and passionate. So you can talk about past experiences that you've had that you've loved, because sometimes people really like to hear that in the letter. You can talk about things that you want to do eventually. I've always wanted to do this. It could be a little bit of both. I always say, though, in the erotic letter, include at least two or three body parts that you really, really love about your spouse. Like just physical compliments. I love the way, you know, your breasts fall on your chest, or I love the way your butt looks and jeans, or like I just love like your chin. I love your nose. Like any body part, sexual or not, is really important. I think it really makes it personal. And like, wow, they still find this attractive about me.
SPEAKER_00You know, Megan, you talk about this in all different ways about body parts. And it's interesting. I think people forget to do that.
SPEAKER_01We do. We think that we by saying you're so sexy that our spouse knows that we're attracted to them. But it's actually really important to go specifics on the different features and things that you love about your spouse and not assume that they know that. Because I can almost guarantee you they don't know, or you haven't said it in a while, and they doubt themselves. Gosh, does he still find me cute? Like I've had babies, and does she still find me attractive? Like I've lost my hair or I'm gray. Like we have these things with aging, and we have these things as we get older that our world says are bad things, but it's just part of getting older and aging. And I think that's the beauty to say, wow, like my husband still loves my boobs after 20 years and two kids, you know? That makes me feel more confident.
SPEAKER_00And you know, that's the right word right there. It instills confidence as well as the idea you're talking about, which is desire.
SPEAKER_01And just so you know, too, when you speak the neurotic letter and you're talking about body parts and things, it also builds trust in the relationship. Trust, safety, and security. Because these are the things that you love about me. These are the things that you actually took time to write about that matter to you, that you care about. And it just solidifies the connection that you have. And so then, so you write the letter, you're probably feeling turned on. It's okay if you're not turned on yet. But then you say, Hey, I wrote you something and I want to read it. And then you read it. If you don't feel comfortable reading it out loud, another option. You could put it in a little envelope, put it in their lunchbox, put it in their car, just make sure you don't put it where the kids will read it. And maybe one day, randomly, as a surprise, they get it and they're like, What the heck is this? So there's a lot of different ways that you can do this. It's a very, very fun foreplay technique.
SPEAKER_00Oh, that sounds super fun. I'm gonna add one in and then have you do another one because sometimes I think we forget the idea of just looking at one another. We call it eye gazing. I mean, just really looking into each other's eyes and communicating how much you love that person with your eyes. Absolutely. It's intimate, very intimate.
SPEAKER_01So we would say to take it to another level, set a timer for 30 seconds, sit on the couch or on your bed, no distractions. So put away the phones, put away whatever that is. No TV on in the background, and just stare at each other for 30 seconds in each other's eyes and don't say any words. Now, here's what a lot of people do. This is a helpful tip for eye contact. A lot of people get overwhelmed by the whole face. Like, do I look at the lips? Do I look at the nose? Do I look at the eyes? Do I look, you know, some people will look at the forehead. So actually, what you do is you pick one eye, you pick a left or right eye, and you look at the black part of their eye. And it'll kind of calm you down because some people get pretty nervous with eye contact. It's very vulnerable too. They say the eyes are the window of the soul, right? I mean, it's really, really vulnerable. I love it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I love it too.
SPEAKER_01Here's another idea. Try this, it's so fun. Kiss everywhere but the lips. It's hard because you want to naturally like make out and kiss because that's what you're used to, but you can't. And it's kind of like a fun rule. And this is what I say when people do this: pay attention to your partner's responses. Is there a ooh, like a disgust? They don't maybe not don't go in that area. And then, like, like an ooh, if they lean in or they moan or they pant more, right? Because then you know that you're in a really tender spot. But kissing is one of those things that if we think about relationships, we do so much when we're dating. So much, like where our mouths are raw and they're red, and you're like, oh my gosh, we could have made out for hours. As we Become older, married longer, even if you're not married, you're together for years and years and years. I do believe that a lot of couples they neglect that part, and it's so intimate and so connecting. And when I'm saying kissing everywhere but the lips, yeah, I mean genitalia as well. It can move into oral sex, it doesn't have to, but I think there's just so many sensual spots we all have that we haven't fully explored or we haven't explored in a long time. And it changes. I know for me in my 20s, I did not like my breasts touched or kissed. And now that I'm in my 40s, I love my breasts touched and kissed. So I'm so glad that my husband and are having conversations about this because in my 20s, I was like, ah, I'd shoo them away from that area. Go anywhere but there. And now I'm like, oh no, I actually really like it. It turns me on. So just because something you didn't like being kissed five years ago doesn't mean that you maybe don't like it anymore. Maybe you do like it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's such a good point. And why we want the communication to be ongoing. Correct. You know, and to continue connecting. What do I like? What do I don't like? What's changed? What's different? This is the ongoing, ongoing conversation. With conversation, can I give you another tip? Absolutely.
SPEAKER_01So I call it the remember your best sexual moment with your spouse. Since our brain is our largest sex organ, it's really great to go back, even if it was a week ago, if it was 20 years ago, whenever that was, and you start to think about like this one's on the highlight rail. Like when I'm in the bedroom, like this memory always pops up. Or like, if I'm just, you know, driving to work and I always think about this memory. Most of us have that one moment, or there's a handful of moments, depending upon how long you've been in the relationship for. And I think if you take a few minutes and you think through your five senses, what was I feeling with taste? What were the smells in the room? What was the smells of my partner? Was I seeing anything that was stimulating or that was, you know, that turned me on? And if you just kind of go through all of the senses and you and your partner get to talk about that openly, it's actually an incredible opportunity to introduce great communication about your sex life. Then also it's a turn-on. And you might be shocked at what your partner says. Like they bring up something that happened, and you're like, whoa, really? Like that was one of your best moments. But here's the thing like, take note because that was a highlight for them. They're still remembering it. They're going through what they felt and what they smelt and what they tasted and what they saw and what they heard. Now you can try to replicate that and take notes. But it's very, very erotic. It's a huge turn on to actually talk about those high moments of your sex life together.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's one of my favorites. I call them erotic keepsakes. It's like bringing your own fantasy to mind, right? Remember 20 years ago when we were that kind of thing? It's just a really good foreplay and getting your mind synced in together. And then it's almost like that warm feeling of us together, memories together, and then replicating it or making a shift.
SPEAKER_01Yes, making a shift, or yeah, and I think too, doing that is also forcing you to kind of stop and go, what do I like? Why did I like that moment so much? Why is my brain still remembering that after all these years? Because I think I call it the hamster wheel. I think a lot of couples are just on this hamster wheel and they're just kind of going through the motions of life. Okay, sex and chores and kids and bills, and those things are they all important, they all matter. But it's really important to get off the hamster wheel. Look to your left, look to your right. What's working? What's not working? What are we missing right now? And I think it's the same goes with sex. The same goes with foreplay, the same goes with any kind of sensuality. Where am I at? And just even of self-evaluation.
SPEAKER_00Yes. I'm gonna jump in with temperature play. Yes, I'm curious.
SPEAKER_01What is this?
SPEAKER_00Well, it's so easy, it's just bringing in a different temperature. Now, you talked about water, like a warm shower or that warm water. You can use ice cubes, you can drape ice over your partner's body, over your own body, and have your partner watch. You can use cool things in your mouth for oral sex. You can use warm things in your mouth for oral sex. I love it. Little extra sensation.
SPEAKER_01What did you call it? Temperature what? Temperature play. I'm writing this down. Temperature play. I like it.
SPEAKER_00And it can be warm or cold. It is not difficult.
SPEAKER_01It's an easy addition.
SPEAKER_00There you go.
SPEAKER_01Okay, can I give you one last foreplay idea?
SPEAKER_00Go for it.
SPEAKER_01Okay. Switch power rolls. While I love that my husband desires me and wants sex often, I have learned that it's really exciting to actually be in the lead. And if you're not the one that's in the lead, I recommend trying it. And again, it's kind of like anything how we talked about talking about sex the first time is uncomfortable. It might feel uncomfortable at first. And you can even voice it to your spouse and say, you know what, I know normally you take the lead or you pick the position, but you know what, tonight I'm gonna be in the lead. Are you okay with that? And just go for it. And you initiate the foreplay that you want, and you initiate the temperature play and you initiate the ideas that we've discussed that you're like, I want to try this, and you initiate the position. I think that it's really great to step out of your comfort zone and try it. And it's fun and it's different and it's good for your spouse. And I just think that it changes it up and it keeps things fresh. But it's really a great way to introduce a different kind of foreplay so that you don't get stuck in the same kind of routine of whoever is that sexual pursuer and who's initiating more. It's fun. And again, I think your spouse and your partner would appreciate it.
SPEAKER_00That sounds great. And you can even say, like, am I in charge or are you tonight? Yeah. Or I'm in charge. And this is what we're gonna start with. I know so many people have a hard time jumping into that. So start easy, even and saying, I'd like to be in charge. You know, will you obey?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I mean, I think even saying and voicing to your spouse, like, I heard this on this podcast, and it's something that I really want to work towards. Like, I want to initiate, and I don't know how I'm gonna do that yet, but I want to do this. I think even kind of given a softball like that, it's okay to say that and say, I'm not really sure how to. It's okay. Don't feel bad. But I do think that if you're gonna switch those power roles, like Cindy and I always talk about on both of our platforms, is that mindset that if you're gonna do that, you wanna do something that day to prepare yourself. Like, okay, but I am gonna initiate and I love my spouse and I want to bring them pleasure. And you know what? Like, I have good ideas and I want to introduce them to the bedroom. I'm a confident person. If you go into the bedroom with that mindset, you'll be just fine switching power rolls.
SPEAKER_00Love it, Megan. Tell people how they can find you in marriage 365.
SPEAKER_01So you can go to our website at marriage365.com. We have all of the information for all of our resources there. If you're on social, I definitely recommend following us on Instagram or Facebook. It's just marriage365, all one word. And, you know, for anyone listening that's just struggling in their marriage, I always say, if you want to make a better marriage, make a better you. And if you can just focus on yourself and what you're doing and what you're not doing, there's so much power and freedom in being able to focus on yourself because you have zero control over your spouse and what they do.
SPEAKER_00I've heard you speak to that so often, Megan. And I appreciate your platform and I'm grateful for you being with us today.
SPEAKER_01Thanks for having me back.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. And don't forget, listeners, to check out intimate well-being with the link in the show notes and use my code Cindy15. Explore some beautiful tools and up your foreplay. Megan, what's delighting you these days?
SPEAKER_01What's delighting me is seeing my daughter, who's a teenager, in her first relationship. It's fun. She's got the butterflies and the firsts, the first hand holding and the first kiss on the cheek. And it's been really neat, really, really sweet to live through that with her.
SPEAKER_00What a sweet delight. Thanks again for being with us. You're welcome. And friends, let's each pick one thing. Like we talked about a few things here. Maybe it sparked ideas for you. Pick one thing to have a little more fun, a little more sexy foreplay, and keep giving yourself permission for pleasure.
