Speaker 2:I'm Paulina and I'm Jez and we are here for your tarot for the week ahead for.
Speaker 1:For love, we have the empress, yep. For money, we got the high priestess, and for guidance, we got the king of wands yo okay, this is fun new cards.
Speaker 2:We haven't had any repeats.
Speaker 2:So, what do you feel about the Empress for love? I love the Empress for love because I feel like, if people are looking for stability in either love with yourself or love in either love with yourself or love. Comfort in your friend group, stability with a partner even though sometimes instability can direct you towards stability, this card suggests that there's some shifts right now where it's like you are settling into yourself, you are feeling empowered, you know who you are and this is also a good time, I think, to prioritize the kinds of relationships that do make you feel stable and nurtured and supported, Because the Empress is taking care of everyone with a lot of power and leadership. But also it's another of those deep compassion cards. There's like a lot of nurturing energy and you need people to meet you at that energy so you're not just exhausted chasing after everyone, but it feels like maybe you're empowered enough to know that you need that. I really like that what do you?
Speaker 1:think for the empress, I feel like I think there's a way to go about love that could be like well, maybe it's about love and friendship, maybe it's about love with career stuff, but not for me. I feel like this is about love. This is about, like, that kind of love. This is about possibly intimacy, emotional intimacy, sexual intimacy and it is about manifestation, like I do Empress right Fidelity card, and so this means whatever it is that you want to grow, like it starts with a little seed and then you can, you can let it grow, whether it's with a new person, whether it's with a new something. It could be a friendship, but there might be a little bit of a love interest in there, like you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2:I do know what you're saying so.
Speaker 1:There's a little something going on right now and it's starting small. So even if it's, if it is with a partner or an interest that you already have, it's kind of about watching this new part kind of glow, grow and flourish like into something else, whether it's just yeah, like a different course or or doing something more seriously or going in a different route, or you know, just yeah, starting something from nothing.
Speaker 2:That's how I feel yeah, I like your point about it being a fertility card and you know I really appreciate that you're more of a romantic than I am, because sometimes people really need to just lean into like this is a really powerful love card and I'm often trying to just like smooth it out, but um, which is good too, because not everyone is, uh, is romantic. But I really like that you are, because it reminds me that it's okay to be hopeless romantic and a codependent, so I could talk about that, okay.
Speaker 1:So then we got the high priestess.
Speaker 2:I mean that makes sense for us, that's our job. But I mean what a nice message that your intuition is paying off around money. It is also very difficult to listen to your intuition around money. I was just talking to a friend this week about how capitalism and intuition can sometimes really feel like they're at odds.
Speaker 2:For instance, small side story diversion I got targeted or hacked yes, I got hacked by someone posing as a client and I had like I know, and I think it's fine, but the only Because when okay, when he first messaged me, pretending that he was going to book me to um read at his wedding, I just had a bad vibe.
Speaker 2:It wasn't specifically that I thought he was a scammer, he didn't say anything, scammy. I was just like I hate this guy, I don't like this, and I was like don't be ridiculous. Like you need the. Yeah, I was like you need the algorithm boost on this like website you're paying for to, you know to be on it, and everything. And they kept like the more you book, like, the more visible you'll be, it'll pay off, and so I had this like tension. If it was just a random client reaching out, and I was like I have a bad feeling, I wouldn't have taken it, because I had the pressure of like this is the first time I paid for advertising, and I didn't listen to my intuition. And then he sent me a Zoom link that was actually malware, and so I was like I knew it, though, but I already knew it.
Speaker 1:You have our own links from now on.
Speaker 2:Yeah, and I normally do, but it was like this is good advice for anyone too. It's like I don't know if any listeners are familiar with a different. Like there's Zoom Gov. It was just very, very slightly different. Different even though it looked very legit, and because he was 25 minutes late and I was in a rush, which is how they get you. They kind of like make you late for stuff or they make you feel like there's a time crunch.
Speaker 2:Um, I was just like whatever, and I just clicked the link and it was also a mercury retrograde, so I was behaving strangely anyway, but, um, yeah, and so this was. It's a good thing to know, but it's so hard to listen when it feels like there's money on the line, especially if it's like I shouldn't do this or like I shouldn't take this job. But yeah, on the other hand, though you might be intuitively led to a yes, you might feel like this is a good time to take a bet on yourself or trust your gut around, your ability to pull something off which which is really empowering and cool, and I hope that maybe we can give you like a little pep talk into listening to your heart around business and money, totally.
Speaker 1:What do you think about? Oh sorry, go ahead. Oh, I was just agreeing with you and I really do hate that that had happened and I really do hate that that had happened. But I think, like when it comes to the high priestess, like letting your intuition guide you, and also maybe it has to do with like taking the high road, a little bit Like the spiritual high road.
Speaker 2:You know?
Speaker 1:Yes, tell me more, say more you know, yes, tell me more, say more. I'm just thinking because I feel like I can, I guess, connect to it just like you can, because this is obviously what we do um, but sometimes, like we get a really interesting crowd, like I'm really thankful and I absolutely love my clients to death.
Speaker 1:Same, and sometimes I still get like people that I think are like trying to like do a certain thing or like their intentions are not good and we just have to like take not when someone's trying to scam you.
Speaker 1:That's different you know, but I'm just talking about when there's clients or people in general in your work that you really just can't deal with, I think being the high priestess and just kind of like smiling and nodding, like having that stupid customer service you know attitude really. But also, maybe it doesn't have to be like that, like maybe we could look a little bit deeper and be like well, maybe this super angry, you know weird, crazy person is actually like just going through something or blah, blah, blah, like you know what I mean?
Speaker 1:I don't know yes no way they would like. Looking at them basically as who?
Speaker 2:they are. That makes a lot of sense. I think that's good advice too, especially if you I mean most people have to deal with people on some level and in the ways that y'all are making money, and so that's good advice. And and it reminded me too that the high priestess is in her temple and people come to her and she does her best work in solitude, and so if you are feeling like you're having to mentally take the high road a lot because people are driving you bananas, maybe it would be better for your abundance If you can take a little time for solitude and do some high priestess kinds of things.
Speaker 2:So, meditation, reflection, you know that kind of thing.
Speaker 1:So then we get the King of Wands for guidance. So what do you think about that?
Speaker 2:So spicy. I mean I love the action taking of the King of Wands. I think that it can be an inspiring card, especially if you are feeling like you need movement and action and you need to be bold and it's like now is the time. But I also like to think about how every card has its challenges and its assets, and a challenge might be being led by anger, which kind of leads to your point around the high priestess. Maybe we don't want to act out of anger this week. We want to try to cool down and reflect, because that can be a tendency of the king of wands being like a little too spexy. Um, but I do think it's a good time to make moves based on the king of wands as guidance. What do you think?
Speaker 1:I feel like it brings me back to like we had wands again in our last guidance we did. We had page we graduated.
Speaker 2:We graduated from page to king yeah.
Speaker 1:So yeah, like, I think it's that whole like passionate, fiery guide, but also really take the lead and take control and it's in your control. I also feel like you know that whole like kind of like fire energy, like it's intense and the King of Wands is intense and so, yeah, I think it's like, when it comes to guidance, I guess you have to be intense. Guys like you have to really strap in, buckle down and get your shit together yeah, probably also considering that the page of wands was the guidance for last week.
Speaker 2:You've been fucking around and now you're finding out, or, like you've been, you've been exploring and doing that kind of gentle playfulness and now it's like, okay, this is what I learned, this is what I gotta do for sure yeah, yeah well, what a wonderful adventure.
