The Ace of Cups is representing an overflow of love right now. Sometimes even unexpected love.

Yeah. Yeah. It's that fresh start. The aces are the new beginnings, the new opportunities, the new energy. And whether that's a deepening or something new, new, there's a new cycle starting for us.

Yes. And it's kind of like something bigger than what you could imagine because the cup is overflowing. So if you had an idea for a certain kind of relationship, maybe someone's coming into your life, maybe it's actual love, like love and relationship or friendship or something like that. It's basically you being able to now determine whoa, this person's actually treating me really well. And you were just hoping for the bare minimum before. And now you realize that someone thinking about you and respecting you, and you know, being good when you're not looking, that's also the bare minimum, literally. Okay, everyone. So wake the fuck up. The bar is in hell.

Yeah, no, I really love what you're saying because I think the abundant, beautiful love of the ace of cups is how things should be. You know, we're not always having our best day at every moment, but even in the normal human pattern of rupture and repair, things feel good when things are right, and they feel good most of the time. And I really love that about the Ace of Cups. I feel like that applies to any meaningful relationships that people are in, including the relationship with yourself. And I understand that self-love is a practice, it's not all bubble baths and affirmations, but it's a practice of showing up for yourself and doing the work of loving yourself, which can look like taking yourself to the doctor and making yourself go outside and look at the sun and not directly at the sun for too long, but be outside.

Dream Signs And Grief Reframe

And something I also am really loving about this card, it's reminding me of a cool interaction I had with someone who um, I don't know, Paulina, if this has happened to you. Have people come up to you and been like, I read your book and then I dreamt about you?

Oh my god, literally, I got like DMs today. Sometimes it's about the book, but sometimes it's about interviews and YouTube and the f the podcast and stuff like that.

Oh my gosh, and people are dreaming about you too.

100%, yes.

Oh my gosh. So I love this so much because we talk about dream divination and secrets of Romani fortune telling. And I think that's a part of it, is that people are doing the practice and and also we told them to do the practice.

But I also feel they're dreaming about me, but I am purposely pushing out the energy of like, I want to connect with people, like I want to heal people. You know what I'm saying?

I it's the same, yeah. Like I feel very much with the work that we do together, but also individually as practitioners. We are both here to be of service, to help. That is, we take the community care part of fortune telling so serious. That is what fortune telling is. It's it's meeting people where they are, caring for them, helping them discover what they need to know to move forward. And it's an act of love. So yeah, I totally agree. We are putting the energy out there. And someone reached out to me and said that um he was at an event I was at and he said, I read your book. I hope this isn't weird, but I had a dream about you. And it was like, tell me everything I want to know about it. And he said that um basically, I don't want to give too much of his dream away because it was quite personal, but he was going through a period of grief. And I held out tarot cards for him to draw, and he drew the ace of cups, and he was like, Why do I have the ace of cups when things feel so awful? And I said, Sometimes the cup is so flow, so full the water overflows, and that was representing his tears. And he felt like that really helped him understand the the two-sided coin of grief. We grieve people because we love them so much. There's nowhere for the love to go, it completely overflows. And so if you're in a grief period and we're telling you the Ace of Cups is bringing in love, it might also be the reframe that the depth of your grief is because of the depth of your love. And that is also an ace of cups experience. And then eventually it starts to the balance rewrites and resets, and you are more on the love side of the coin. I love that. Yeah, I thought that was so beautiful. Like I was really um glad that he told me about it.

Three Of Wands Money Outlook

So for our second card for money, which can be, you know, finances, career, it can be all kinds of things, your relationship to money. We have the three of wands.

SPEAKER_01 6:12

So I the three of wands is uh making me feel like uh we have to kind of uh look further or kind of uh start on some kind of new journey, even if it's just emotional, like you're working at the same place, but like emotionally allow yourself to explore. And one way to do this is to really be present, kind of weird to weird scenario, weird situation to talk about, but I have just been trying to, I don't know, I would say like maybe like a couple months ago, like I was just really trying to like get deep into my spiritual practice, literally just hyper awareness, hyper focusing on things, being extremely present, even in like weird, shitty days that I did not want to be going through. Oh, I have to go here, go there, go to work, go here, blah blah blah. Not go to work, but you know what I mean. Just going anywhere. Like you could be literally doing anything, like going to work, going to the grocery store is really hard for me, uh, for some reason. Like, I'm just so over-emotionally stimulated in the grocery store. The lights are too bright, too many choices for real. It's like I can only go to certain grocery stores, and even then, it's being out in the public, like I'm having an energy overload, psychic attack, everyone's energy is attacking me. And I'm like, this is crazy. But I also feel what really helped me is that real like hyper awareness, and I was able to kind of lean into actual social interactions instead of trying to run away from them, even though technically the three of wands is to a degree about moving on to the next thing and like exploration. I think it's about taking on some of your experiences as well, just because you know, wands are kind of about that leadership, even if it's taking leadership into your own hands.

Yeah, and uh leaning into experiences and social connections can also be a tool of abundance for sure. I know a lot of my clients right now are looking for work, and I'm noticing that making yourself seen and collaborating, whether that's through publishing in your industry or going to networking events or like whatever applies, um, so many people are out of work right now because our economy is garbage. It's the biggest garbage. So if you're unemployed, it's probably not your fault. But collaboration, networking, and community really do help so much in thinking about what's the next journey and also who is going to go with me. I feel like money can definitely come from collaboration this month or connection and let people help you, ask for help, do things with people you like, see where you get for sure.

King Of Wands Take The Lead

Yeah, and then for our overall guidance, we have the king of wands. How do you feel? More wands, yeah. Fiery, spicy action, creativity, yeah. Totally.

It's like take the lead, take the wheel, take control, like you know, you can do it, like all of this.

Yeah, it's intense. The king of wands is such an action card, and I love that we have new energy and love and healing and emotions and spirituality with love, the ace of cups. And then money is building with collaboration and connection and leaning into experiences and moving on in your journey with the three of wands. And then the king of wands feels like putting the your foot to the floor, like laying on the gas and just flying forward into these opportunities. Like, this is such a good time for you to take opportunities. It's like come up, say the thing, take the move or make the move, and just do what you feel like you need to be doing to get your life where you want it to be. I feel like Paulina and I are both very goal-oriented, action-oriented, problem-solving kind of readers, anyway. But even if you don't have any really big dreams or big goals, if it's just continued contentment, then there are actions to do to take that or to keep that in balance as well. So even if you're like, I don't know what my big action is, it might just be sustaining the energy that you've been able to cultivate this far thus far, and you just keep going.

Purpose Contracts And Choice

Yeah, it's interesting that you say that because I was actually like we were I was having this conversation with Adian, basically talking about people's purposes like in the world, and truly everybody does have a purpose, and like I do also believe that we contracted this lives and our souls. I was actually talking about this with my mom. She's like, every single soul you meet, you have a contract with, and even if it's bad, that's to teach you a lesson, that's to teach them a lesson, like everything is on purpose, and I'm like, okay. And a part of me is I don't wanna succumb to like, yeah, everything happens for a reason, blah, blah, blah. But I also feel like maybe that thought is also super westernized. Like, I've also been through a lot of trauma and being too, and I'm like, maybe there is some reason that I can't quite understand, and it's not always a good reason. Maybe everything's happening for a reason and it sucks, and that's why. Like, you know what I mean?

SPEAKER_02 11:58

Yeah, I'm a very both and thinker, which is probably no surprise for a non-binary bisexual. That I'm just like, what if it was everything? Um, but I sometimes I feel like things happen for a reason and there are contracts and agreements, and other times I'm like, people are responsible for their shitty behavior or for their good behavior. Like, we're responsible for all the choices we make. And I feel like those are not at odds with each other. Like sometimes people might do terrible things to you because they decided to, and also you have a choice to see what you take from that and how you metabolize it. And hopefully, you have support if it was something horrific. And people also have choices to help you and step up, and also maybe there's this bigger reason or logic behind everything that we can't really comprehend. But whatever you need to believe to get through life, if it helps you, I'm giving you two thumbs up, as long as it's not oppressing other people.

Listen to that feeling in your gut. You're the king, you're on the throne. Do you want to murder the people? Do you want to save the people, feed the people, give the people jobs? But for you, what do you want to do with yourself? What do you want to do with your time and really be intentional with that? You can't just, I don't know. I don't even know what I was thinking. Like, you could actually do nothing if you want. Actually, that sounds good too. But why are you doing nothing? Do you need rest?

SPEAKER_02 13:34

And honestly, carving out rest is an action for some people. If you struggle to rest and you are so burnt out and you're listening to this and you're like, I can take no action. Maybe your action is saying no and spending the day in bed, and that is a big deal for you. And it took a lot of energy for you to let yourself rest. So it's the King of Wands is that creative, fiery movement toward the thing that makes your life better, in balance, healthier. And that's probably different for everybody who's listening, but it's a good opportunity to reflect on what that is.

Yeah, and that's ultimately what divination is about. You know, we do these little forecasts, say what the vibe is, but really you might hear this six months from now and still connect to it in some way, if even if you're not listening in June 2026, because these are tools for introspection and reflection and just getting to know yourself and your life better and having new perspective and philosophy, and perhaps little spiritual omens and glimmers of your purpose or path. They're tools.

Ancestor Party Dream Boundaries

I had this crazy dream. Um, I don't know if I should talk about it in here, but whatever, I'll talk about it. I don't care. So um I had this dream of this woman, which is actually my distantly related to her, but it's my children's great grandmother on their dad's side.

But basically, she like came to me in a dream. I had lived with this woman before she died, and um, I was there, like it was really horrific the death. We had to pull the plug and everything. This is actually her bracelet. Nobody could see it on this audio, but like I've worn her bracelet for over 10, 15 years now, just because it's like a really thin little gold bangle that was hers. I think she gave it to me. I was honestly so young. I think I was like 17 actually when she gave this to me. And I don't know why, I never really thought about it. She came to me in a dream and she was like, everybody was there, like a bunch of gypsies were there, like a bunch of my ancestors were there, everybody was cooking, music, smoking, like everything. I walk into the backyard patio, and she's holding this not holding, but like she's yeah, holding a fork, getting the food off the barbecue pit, and then like she looks at me and I look at her, and I know that everybody in this dream is dead, and I know that I'm dreaming too. You know how we do that in dreams, like we know, and I'm like, oh shit, and I know that she's dead, and then I walk up to her, and like everybody that's dead is acting like they're alive, and I'm like, Oh yeah, because I guess that's what it's like when you're dead, and she is staring me down, and then we're having like a brain conversation, like a telepathic conversation of basically, do you see? She's kind of showing me, like, do you see everything that's going around? She's looking around and then like looking back at me, and then I ask her, I know I don't ask her, I was like, I know what you are, and I know who you are, and I know everything that's going on. And then she looked and nodded, closed her eyes and smiled at me. And then what she said and the telepathic message were two different things. So, you know, in our belief, if my mom has always said this, my grandparents, everybody, like if someone asks you for food, uh one of your ancestors asked you for food when they died, you have to say no. And so I didn't think that she was gonna ask me, it didn't even cross my mind in the dream. And then she asked first time she opens her mouth, she's like, Will you bring me a plate of food? And then I was like, No, I will not, and then her telepathic message was if you walk with me, I'll give you all of the answers and I'll tell you everything. And so this was really significant, I think, just to me, because um, I'm still in a very long custody battle with her, with her children, with her grandchildren, with her great-grandchildren, but I don't carry any bad feelings towards anyone just because I unfortunately understand people too well emotionally, and I was gonna follow her. She was literally, come on, like I'll show you everything, but if I tell you, like you have to die, I got that bad feeling in my gut, and I was like, I actually don't want to know, and I don't want to die, and I'm just gonna let everything play itself out, and that was it. And then I had walked out, but it was super weird.

Wow, that's incredible. Thank you for sharing that dream. I have had a similar dream with an auntie, it was different, different circumstances, but she also was like, Come on, come on, and it was like, Nope, you're no, you're you want me to die so I can be at your party.

That's exactly what it was. Yeah, that's exactly what it was. I remember you talking about that, and that was years ago. At that time, did you feel like a weird sense of grief?

SPEAKER_02 19:34

Oh, yeah, yeah. I felt like a panic and a grief, and because initially I was happy to see her and and everything, and then it was clear that it was a party of the dead, and then she was like, Come on, and I'm like, No, no, no, no, no, not yet.

Yes, and yeah, oh my gosh. Okay, yeah, that was it.

You know, sometimes we our ancestors just love us so much that they're like, Are you ready yet? How about now?

Yeah, it was like, oh, I'm not afraid of death, but I'm not ready.

Right. I do wonder, like I joke about like going back and forth. I'm like, I should have just fucking went there in my dream and died. Like, what was gonna happen? Was I gonna die in my sleep? Why do you think that's a good idea?

SPEAKER_02 20:32

Honestly, maybe the other part of that dream that I haven't haven't reminded the listeners of is that when my auntie Zina was like, come join the party right now, and started like kind of yelling for me to come. My little dog Lily jumped on my chest and barked in my face to wake me up. And I like I was like, oh man, was I gonna have like a like an aneurysm or something?

Wow, that is incredible. It's also so it's so alluring, you know. You that part of you really does what is beyond, like what is there? You know what I mean?

SPEAKER_02 21:12

I mean, also for our jobs, since we were small children, we have been traversing the realms very casually, like talking to the dead, and you know it's it's not a surprise to me that sometimes we might walk a little too much on the other side and have dreams like that.

SPEAKER_01 21:32

Right. I do know that after I had that dream, I had an overwhelming sense of everything is gonna be okay. You know what I mean? Like when the ancestors are around, I was basically I was feeling like she was like, I could tell you, you know, because there is something, there is something going on that you can't really see. And then I started to feel like you know, all these things. Like, well, my daughters also have to experience life in this culture. And they have to go through this to expand their own consciousness and knowledge and experience in life, basically. And I was that is the moment that marked a lot of my peace with like current situations.

Wow, that's really powerful. Yeah, I actually I don't remember how I felt after that dream, but that makes a lot of sense. And I think that she's definitely a guide for you, even if you didn't follow her all the way.
