King Midas had the golden touch--everything with which he came into contact turned to precious metal. Joe Biden has the opposite--he has the filth touch. Everything he touches turns to excrement. At the one year mark, his has been a regime of epic ineptitude. He makes Jimmy Carter, the previous doyen of fecklessness, look like General George Patton by comparison.
