Episode 15
Welcome to the beach! We're bringing your toes to the sand today! To celebrate, Cory is presenting to us 3 "safe haven" towns, or vacation spots and towns that were a safe space for the LGBT community pre-Stonewall Riots: Cherry Grove in NY, Provincetown in MA, and Saugatuck in MI! Not only do they have rich history and culture - one town's history starts during World War I - but their legacies continue today, and should definitely be considered for a summer road trip. If you go, don't forget to dress up in your Dionysus costume and come carried in on a throne by several buff people!
