10 Years of Inclusion

Inclusive Employers celebrates their 10th birthday in May 2021 at a time when inclusion has never had a greater profile in the media, in work, in our conversations and in our lives. 

Our host, Stephanie Hirst, is joined by Inclusive Employers’ Chair and founder Richard McKenna, Inclusive Employers MD Operations Claire Williams and inclusive Employers MD Corporate Services Rupert Moyne. 

Richard tells us why there was a need to place focus on inclusion ten years ago, at a time when many organisations didn't understand the meaning of workplace inclusion.  We also talk about how inclusion has progressed over the last 10 years; what we want to change today; plus a little look into the future to see what the next 10 years may look like.
