In this episode of the American Civil War & UK History podcast, Daz is joined by Gina Denham, co-founder of Monuments for UK Veterans of the American Civil War Association and honorary secretary of the Descendants of the London Branch of American Civil War Veterans. Together, they reflect on the events of 2025.
Monuments for UK Veterans of the American Civil War Association were established on January 14, 2022, and the Descendants of the London Branch of American Civil War Veterans was formed in September 2023. Our mission is to raise awareness and create monuments honouring these veterans.
Please help us achieve our ultimate goal of erecting a monument for all British American Civil War veterans. Additionally, we are committed to continuing the work of identifying and honouring more American Civil War veterans. You can donate via our JustGiving page.
