Revelation Part 112 Chapter 17 Finish

In this week’s study, I finish in Chapter 17. Before I get into the study, I discuss some new events about the global elite. I share with the listeners’ a book that was wrote in 1958, by William Carr, titled ‘Pawns in the Game’

In our last study we finished up with verse 16 and we seen that John informs us that the 10 horns or the 10 powers that sat upon the beast (Satan’s system of destruction) shall hate the whore/harlot woman. Now keep in mind that this woman sits upon the beast. Why? Well the woman who intoxicates the worldrelies upon the beast for support and safety! As we finish reading the rest of this verse 16 ‘shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.’ Don’t over look this! Here John is telling us, even though this woman sits on this beast for protection, the beast throws her under the bus! Now keep in mind all those that followed after this whorish woman MAY also get thrown under the bus!
The International Bankers are not interested in anything else other than obtaining for their own small and very select group, ultimate undisputed control of the wealth, natural resources, and man-power of the entire world. The only honest thought in any of their minds is that they obviously believe that they are so superior in mental ability to the rest of mankind that they are better able, than any other group of individuals, to manage the World’s affairs. They are convinced that they can work out a plan of world government that is better than Yahweh’s plan. For this reason they are determined to ultimately eliminate from the minds of all human beings all knowledge of Yahweh and of His Commandments and substitute their own New World Order based on the theory that the State (Satan) is Supreme in all things and the Head of the State (Satan) is, therefore, Yahweh Almighty upon this earth. Once people become convinced of this great truth they will realize that men of all races, colors, and creeds have been used, and are still being used, as “Pawns in the Game”.

17           For = The word “For” connects the hatred for the harlot (seen in verse 16) with the reason for the hatred (in verse 17). Specifically, the Satanic kingdom hates the harlot because the harlot stands in the way of complete unity under Antichrist.

Yahweh hath put it = (lit., gave it)
into their = those of verse 16
hearts to fulfill = (lit., to do)
His will =  (go-may) His mind; opinion, the result of knowledge
and agree =  carry out (literally "do") one purpose  
words = Greek. rhema, “hray'-mah” an utterance (individually, collectively or specifically); by implication a matter or topic (especially of narration, command or dispute)

Apparently it is Satan's work, but Yahweh is over all, and He "shall send them strong delusion" (2 Thess 2:11. Compare Is 10:7). They carry out their own willful desires, but blindly fulfill the counsel of Yahweh.

We have been introduced to this harlot and seen her associated with the name Babylon. Despite this association, I believe it is best to understand them as separate entities.

In Revelation, the harlot is associated with idolatry. She is depicted as having been around for a long time (e.g. in Rev 18:20 she is implicated in the sufferings of prophets and apostles). As the “mother of harlots“, she is the source of several forms of idolatry. She is described as having led the kings of the earth into immorality. All of this indicates her continuous presence on earth.
