Unraveling The Words of Yahweh

The Plagues Were Against The gods Of Egypt Part 11

Kevin Eitner Season 4 Episode 11

In this study we will take a look at the miracles that Yahweh performed on the Egyptians, when Israel was held in bondage, during this period in Exodus. We will see that those miracles were against the Egyptian deities or gods that they worshipped.

The story of Moses is not just the story of the freedom of a group of slaves from Egypt in the second millennium BCE. It is the blueprint of the Plan of Salvation of the world as seen from the structure laid down in the Bible.

Moses was the prototype of the Christ or Messiah. More importantly, the nation of Israel saw Moses as a prototype and the Bible record illustrates that point. Moses said: ‘And Yahweh said unto me, they have well spoken that which they have spoken. I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.’ (Deut. 18:17-18,).

In this study I finish  Chapter 6. Then I read from the Legends of the Old Testament, Moses before Pharaoh, page 264 [begin at ‘And the Lord spake…] – 267 and from the Book of Jasher Chapter 80

9  Moses and Aaron now in the Land of Egypt

But they hearkened not = Their bondage was become so extremely oppressive that they had lost all hope of ever being redeemed from it.

Anguish of spirit = קצר רוח  kotzer ruach, shortness of spirit or breath. The words signify that their labor was so continual, and their bondage so cruel and oppressive, that they had scarcely time to breathe.

11   that he let = “eth” Aleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leader

Tav = (cross) sign, covenant seal, mark and cross

By using this Hebrew word “eth” we know for sure that Yahshua Messiah is in control. Pharaoh may think that he is in control, but in all reality Yahshua Messiah is in control!

12   saying, behold, the children of Israel have not hearkened unto me = even though Moses brought a comfortable message to them from Yahweh, and delivered many gracious promises of His to them, assuring them of deliverance out of Egypt, and of their possession of the land of Canaan.

13   to bring = same word as in verse 6. = “yâtsâ'” “yaw-tsaw'” ‘yod-tsade-aleph’ ‘aleph-tav’

Yod = (arm and closed hand) work, throw, worship

Tsade = (trail) journey, chase, hunt, man on his side

aleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leader

Aleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leader

Tav = (cross) sign, covenant seal, mark and cross

The Hebrew Letter ‘tsade’ is a picture of a man laying down or squatting. To issue out of something. To go, come or issue out. Therefore with Yahweh’s Elect being squashed by the bondage of Egypt, Yahweh/Yahshua Messiah will break that bondage and bring the Elect out of bondage!

29    of Egypt = “mitsrayim” “mits-rah'-yim” “mem-tsade-resh-yod-mem” Aleph-Tav”

Mem = (water) chaos, blood, mighty

Tsade = (trail) journey, chase, hunt, man on his side

resh = (head of a Man)front, head, chief, first, top, beginning

Yod = (arm and closed hand) work, throw, worship

Mem = (water) chaos, blood, mighty

Aleph = (ox) strength, strong, power, leader

Tav = (cross) sign, covenant seal, mark and cros

When I look at these Hebrew Letters I see the signs of Pharaoh of Egypt. He is a mighty chief man that causes blood, chaos, asking the Hebrew people to work and worship for him, but praise Yahweh/Yahshua Messiah for there is a journey in his future that will destroy his armies!
