For some, starting and sticking with an exercise program can be baffling.  Where do I start?  Should I join a gym?  Hire a trainer? Coach?  Take a class?   Do more cardio?  Resistance training?  Do an online program? 

What exactly do I do?  

To make it even more complicated, many of the exercise gurus dispensing advice seem to contradict each other.  

Even though there's no one definitive right way to do or start anything, in this episode we will take the guesswork out of getting started by helping you find the way that is right for you.   

Over the past two decades one of the biggest concerns I have heard from trainers that I have coached and developed is "how can I help my clients stay consistent?"  We will address that in this episode as well.
