This episode is among other things, a conversation about gratitude, curiosity, love and connection.  Things that cultivate meaningful relationships, drive us to grow, find fulfillment and enrich the lives of those around us.

Over the years I have had many conversations with my guest for this episode.  Every one of them has both deeply engaged, as well as fascinated me.  This was no exception.  Paul Chek talks about the things that make us human, and what happens when fear cuts us off from them?

We talked about Joseph Campbell’s archetypes and how they give us the framework to understand our world, ourselves and others.  How to break free from our dependency on receiving validation from others, from belief systems that create rigidity in our thinking, limiting our personal growth, and how to discover the dream we have for our lives.

Paul explains what he calls the Attractor Factor and the 4 most important doctors (Dr. Quiet, Dr. Diet, Dr. Happiness and Dr. Movement) you’ll ever need.

Paul Chek is a world-renowned expert in the fields of corrective and high-performance exercise kinesiology, stress management and holistic wellness. For over thirty years, Paul’s unique, integrated approach to treatment and education has changed the lives of many of his clients, his students and their clients. By treating the body as a whole system and finding the root cause of a problem, Paul has been successful where traditional approaches have consistently failed. Paul is the founder of the CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute, based in California, USA and the P~P~S Success Mastery Coaching Program. He is a prolific author of books, articles and blog posts and the host of the popular podcast Living 4D with Paul Chek.
