After a successful sales career in IT and Telecoms that spanned 15 years, where Vicky won contracts ranging from £100k to £37m across Commercial, Government, Public, and Third Sector, her life took a significant turn when she became a mother.
At this point Vicky made the decision to leave corporate life and establish her own business, Vicky Poole Coaching. This change allowed her business to fit seamlessly around her family life, making it a perfect match for her and her family. In her coaching services, she offers both individual and group coaching, focusing on teaching people how to:
🎀 Plan for difficult conversations (and safely exit!)
🎀 Recognize and use appropriate language
🎀 Connect and share feelings authentically
Through her expertise and guidance, she helps others navigate challenging conversations, improve their communication skills, and express their emotions in a genuine and effective manner.
