Spero Solutions was founded by Elaine Rotherham. Elaine’s journey has led to an exciting career starting in the public sector where she worked in Housing & Community Development and managed large scale investment projects, which involved overseeing the creation of new homes and communities.
Throughout this time she also had the opportunity of developing projects that focused on economic growth which involved working closely with small businesses to improve local high streets and increase footfall to improve trade.
Elaine also spent a number of years in Australia where she built a successful Steel Fixing and Concrete Reinforcement business from the ground up. This was a new and interesting challenge where she further developed her expertise in small business development.
