We had the opportunity to chat with Kamloops Realtor Kip Clere. This was an incredibly energetic episode and an inspirational story! Kip moved to Kamloops and was living in his van and when he started working as a Realtor, he was doing deals from his van! Kip is an extremely driven individual and does whatever it takes to achieve his goals. That is what helped him achieve great success right away selling 46 homes in 2022 and just his second year of real estate!
