Episode 5 - David Smith | Work Life Balance, Part Broker Owner at Royal Lepage Wolstencroft & Family Man

What a great interview with David!  He talks about how to organically grow your business by simply caring about your community and where you work.  David produced a video called the "Local Space" when he started Real Estate which helped him grow his business in this very way.  He also touches on how to balance work and family while still running a successful business.  We really enjoyed chatting, thanks for sitting down with us!

His ‘property in community’ approach has led to the community-oriented show, THE LOCAL, as well as his international award-winning listing videos which incorporate local amenities and businesses.

David’s experience in real estate is broad.  Beyond his passion for the day to day business he has also served on the Board of Directors for the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and is one of three owners at his own brokerage, Royal LePage Wolstencroft, the number one brokerage in the Fraser Valley*, and Royal LePage Wheeler Cheam in Chilliwack, Mission, and Hope. This vast experience, and the relationships he has developed through it, directly benefit his clients in a variety of ways. 

At the personal level, having achieved a Master of Arts in Divinity from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, David served as a pastor for many years before entering the real estate industry.
