Wendy Tamis Robbins is an author, anxiety coach, corporate attorney, wife, and stepmom of two teens. After living with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and panic disorders for almost 40 years, she is now anxiety-free. Not because she is completely free of anxiety, but because it no longer controls her life 🙌🏼💪🏼
Wendy chronicled her journey to find freedom in her new book, The Box: An Invitation to Freedom from Anxiety, where she talks about destructive perfectionism and body image, divorce, and forgiveness of ourselves and others 💞💓
On her path to recovery and rediscovery, she uncovered a restorative, inner peace and reclaimed her authentic power. Now she is passionate about helping others find the same freedom by sharing her hard-fought lessons, strategies, and story through writing, speaking, and coaching 🌟
Despite her anxiety, Wendy earned a scholarship to Dartmouth College, and after law school found her way into the world of affordable housing and social impact financing, where she’s practiced for over 20 years.
