What is up everybody?! In episode #9, I am talking about self sabotaging and self harming behavior, whether that be pushing ourselves too hard in workouts, diets, or any thing else that is not good for our mindset! Often times when we are stressed out or going through it, we try to find an escape or an outlet for our  emotions, but sometimes these habits can start to negatively affect us when we use them to avoid our true feelings.  So today I am going to be talking about self sabotage and how to confront this challenge and whatever else you may be going through!
