Let us know what you think of this episode!

David Alexander Wilson is a somatic counselor who uses a non-pathologizing and integrative approach to support individuals, combining somatic, emotional, and psychological processes, teaching, and applied wisdom to facilitate self-inquiry and inner growth. He values the importance of co-creating a safe space where people can relax, discover, and regain a sense of trust in themselves, assisting them to live a life aligned with their inner wisdom and deepest truth.  He is committed to helping others work on past traumas and heal unresolved wounds that continue to sabotage their lives and relationships, and keep them constrained in a victim mindset, and disconnected from their own essence.

David draws upon his own life experiences and shares his healing and therapeutic processes focused on trauma healing as a gateway to living whole hearted, expansive lives in this episode.
