This week I talked about the importance of having rest for yourself for many different reasons. To make sure that you are reaching your goals, you need to take some rest. So here's some tips for using these affirmations. Repeat them often to yourself. The more you repeat them, the more likely you are going to believe in them. Say them with conviction. When you say them with conviction, you are more likely to feel their power. Visualize yourself resting and you are more likely to experience the benefits of rest without guilt. Be patient. It takes time to change your beliefs, so don't give up on yourself if you don't see results immediately. If reciting affirmations out loud feels weird at first. You can try just by writing them down or doodling. Whatever feels easiest for you is the way to start doing affirmations, because affirmations can be powerful tool for helping you prioritize what's important in your life. By repeating these affirmations to yourself, you can start to believe that you are worthy of rest and that you deserve to take care of yourself, which will lead to more productivity, creativity and a peaceful life.
