HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL: One last home hurrah tonight

Short memories sure would serve the Pipestone Area Schools football team well Tuesday night. The No. 4 Arrows (4-4) are coming off a 61-point shellacking from Mid-South District, Brown subdistrict foe Le Sueur-Henderson. But, tonight’s Section 3AA first-round game versus fifth-seeded Windom Area marks an opportunity for PAS to start fresh. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Paulsen Field. “Every team is 0-0,” PAS head coach Scott Boomgaarden noted. “We will see how Windom has improved over the year.
