MARSHALL — For one half, the Southwest Minnesota Christian boys basketball team stayed stride for stride with Hills-Beaver Creek. The Patriots were ahead 37-33 at intermission. However, top-seeded Section 3A South subsection Hills-Beaver Creek outscored the Eagles 32-15 in the second salvo for a 69-48 victory in the Section 3A South subsection championship at Southwest Minnesota State University’s R/A Facility.
