I know it's hard to believe, but the government sometimes hides stuff that they know from us, right? I know that's a tough one to take in, but one of the things that they've actually hidden from us that's now CIA declassified from the Gateway Project. It's called the Living Body Visualization Meditation. I'm from the Gateway Project. It's called the Living Body Visualization Meditation. It comes from the Gateway Project, a way that they have learned through literally our conscious or subconscious, the way energy works. So it's a combination. You can look it up. It's called the Gateway Project, living Body Visualization Meditation and I'm going to go through and tell you how to do it and I'll end up making a guided meditation and then I'll add it to the podcast and here for subscribers. It's going to take me a little while to make. But I'll go ahead and I'll do that. But I want you guys to know this much at least, so you can go ahead and do your own meditations, your own visualization. So let me go through and tell you how you're going to heal yourself through meditation. Proven CIA documents, it's insane.

Speaker 1:

So you're going to find yourself a quiet space where you're going to lie down, just like every meditation, and get comfortable. Then you're going to close your eyes. You're going to take a few moments to tune into your natural breathing patterns. That's all pretty typical stuff. You're going to take a minute or two, however long it takes for you, and that's part of the reason I'm not doing the guided meditation right now, because people will kind of go at their own pace here. So but do it until you feel you're ready to move on. But these are the steps.

Speaker 1:

So first is centering your breaths right. You're going to begin with three slow, full breaths. You're going to inhale through your nose for a count of four. You're going to feel your chest and your belly expand. You're going to pause for a moment at the top of the inhale. That's pretty typical. Then you're going to exhale softly through your mouth for a count of six, releasing any tension. Let each exhale guide you deeper into your presence. So try, as you're centering your breathing, start focusing on your body. Be conscious of every part of your body your toes, your legs, all the way down. Feel, feel as best as you can yourself. That's the purpose of the center centering breath. Right, they? They haven't added this, but just from my experience with meditations, I'm going to tell you you're going to want to make sure you're fully in touch with every body part.

Speaker 1:

As you're getting comfortable and as you're starting this breath work, don't move on until you are in touch with your body and you've got your breath work going after you, though, what you're doing next is called envisioning your inner light. What you're going to do is you're going to imagine a small point of pure white light glowing at your heart center. You're going to see its gentle pulse, steady, calm and alive. You're going to notice its clarity, its warmth, as it begins to expand with every breath, and so focus on that inner light. Get to know that inner light. Then start practicing for a little while and turn that light on. Turn that light off. At this point, it's just a spot of pure white light at your heart center, essentially wherever it feels comfortable for you. However, your vision is go ahead and put it there, right, but see that that's pure white light. Then envision it going off and then turn back on just like a light switch. Start feeling and working with this light. Once you feel light, start feeling and working with this light. Once you feel comfortable envisioning your light, notice this clarity, it's warmth as it begins to expand. So it's like I was saying just feel it, notice it, turn it on, turn it off, work with it, understand it's like a light switch.

Speaker 1:

After you're comfortable doing that, you're going to craft a light bar from that expanding white glow. So turn it on and then draw out essentially a narrow bar of light from that light, that light spot and it's still just white at this time Feel its edges, literally. Put it as far in front of you as you need. Feel its edges. They're crisp, they're defined. It's like a beam of healing energy and you can see it Reach up there. Feel it, hold it in your hands so you can move it. It's easier to turn on and off that way too right. So feel it, feel the edges, feel comfortable with that light bar.

Speaker 1:

Once you've done that, we're going to color scan that light bar. Okay, so you're slowly going to shift that light bar from the pure white into a spectrum of colors. You're going to start with a soft blue and just notice any sensations of calm, coolness. Feel the blue, just like you've absorbed the whites and the crisp edges. Now take in the blue.

Speaker 1:

After you've got that, let's start transitioning to a green and you're going to sense vitality, renewal in that green. Once you've got to that point and you feel comfortable with the green, you're going to change that light bar to an amber, yellowish, whatever you feel comfortable with, and you're going to start feeling warmth, clarity, mental focus. And what you're going to do is, with that light bar, you're going to finish it in red and acknowledge the energy, the pure energy from that bar, acknowledge grounding and life force that's running through you. Pause on each hue and sense what each color reveals about your inner state. As you're going through it, feel each one of those colors amongst your body. Now what you're going to do is you're going to map this light bar onto your body. You're going to gently place the color shifted bar across your head.

Speaker 1:

We're going to start at our head, take that colored light bar and start moving it from your head down, all the way down your body, all the way to your toes, observing where the glow intensifies or dims as it's going down your body. Those are going to be areas of imbalance, hidden tensions, sicknesses, things that are going on. Hold the bar over any spot that feels off, letting the light illuminate and bring awareness to that part of your body. There's going to be spots in your body that you're aware of that are ill or have been hurt. You'll notice that on the light bar. I did energy classes in Australia. This is the same, so you will notice that. Feel every single one of those.

Speaker 1:

After you're done with that, bring the bar up. Now you've brought it over your body with every color You've scanned. You've seen in your body where it dims or where it flickers or what parts might need healing. Now what you're going to do is you're going to return that bar to pure white. Okay, as soon as you've done that and you feel comfortable, take another deep breath and then infuse it with purple, with all the healing qualities that you might possibly need Clarity, warmth, regeneration.

Speaker 1:

Now press that purple light bar against each area of imbalance that you discovered. Press that light bar against each area of imbalance that you discover, that light bar against each area of imbalance that you discover and as you do that, imagine the light dissolving shadows, easing discomfort and restoring harmony. Now witness those regions transform from dull or dark back to the same radiant white glow at your heart. Do that until you don't see those flickering and you have clear light. After you're done, go ahead and return the bar to pure white again, bring it back to your heart center and let it merge into your core. Then take three grounding breaths in this unified glow and then, once you're ready, wiggle your toes and fingers, open your eyes again and then carry this energy throughout your day, throughout your week, week, and see how it goes. So that is the Gateway Project Living Body Visualization Meditation, and it was CIA declassified and I'm here to tell you all that. Start healing yourself. Don't trust those doctors.
