We'll spend the first part of the episode breaking down the red flags in Josh's background that made his arrest for possession of child sexual exploitation material (CSEM) in April 2020 foreseeable, including the Duggar family's involvement in the ultra-conservative Institute in Basic Life Principles Church (IBLP) and its homeschooling curriculum, ATI.
The remainder of the episode breaks down the federal government's prosecution of Duggar, which resulted in his conviction in December 2021. He has not yet been sentenced.
