Because there *will* be bumps on your personal and professional journey, and because in order to succeed you're going to need tenacity, grit, determination, perseverance and patience to wade through some muddy swamps and rebound after feeling like you've hit your head on some brick walls.
Simply put: you will want to give up, but those who do NOT quit, and determine their success is inevitable, will succeed. RESILIENCE.
