What a year it has been! In my final episode of this year, I reflect on what 2021 has looked like both from a business and a personal perspective. Although I highlight some of the business wins, I really wanted this episode to go deeper than that and to show you what happened "under the hood". So I take you into my heart and mind, and invite you into three of the biggest lessons I learned from navigating some really big personal things this year.
Looking back, 2021 was a BIG year of shedding things that no longer serve me, standing in my power and choice, trusting the process, and holding the vision even when things didn't always work out the way I expected them to (especially in my personal life).
Frequently, we are called to hold nuance in our life and this year was that for me in a major way. Holding the big successes in my business while also navigating some heartache and disappointment in my personal life. I'm grateful for it all, especially the ways I know myself more intimately and the wisdom I can take with me into the new year.
In this episode I also look ahead at my three big anchors for 2022 and share what they are with you!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for being here and for being in this community. I am incredibly grateful for you and hope that as you reflect on your own year you're offering yourself a lot of self compassion, grace and love, while celebrating all the ways you showed up for yourself, your life and your dreams.
