How do I"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":372.95,"endTime":374.449,"body":"disciple my own children?"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":374.45,"endTime":376.099,"body":"And I'm a millennial parent, and"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":376.1,"endTime":377.389,"body":"that's the questions even that I"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":377.39,"endTime":378.469,"body":"have. And of course, I can think"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":378.47,"endTime":380.419,"body":"back to what my parents did, but"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":380.42,"endTime":381.889,"body":"a lot of people didn't necessarily"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":381.89,"endTime":383.959,"body":"have the opportunity to"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":383.96,"endTime":385.579,"body":"be discipled. By my parents being"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":385.58,"endTime":387.619,"body":"pastors, this was their job in"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":387.62,"endTime":388.879,"body":"many areas."},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":388.88,"endTime":390.679,"body":"It was like parents just trying to"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":390.68,"endTime":392.519,"body":"figure it out, trying"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":392.52,"endTime":393.559,"body":"to make it."},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":393.56,"endTime":394.969,"body":"And one of the things that we're"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":394.97,"endTime":396.889,"body":"noticing in our church"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":396.89,"endTime":399.019,"body":"is we have a huge demographic"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":399.02,"endTime":400.939,"body":"of international first"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":400.94,"endTime":401.959,"body":"generation immigrants, second"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":401.96,"endTime":404.449,"body":"generation, and they"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":404.45,"endTime":405.829,"body":"- in the homes that they grew up in"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":405.83,"endTime":407.539,"body":"and in their countries of origin -"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":407.54,"endTime":409.609,"body":"they did, family"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":409.61,"endTime":411.649,"body":"did discipleship in a much more"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":411.65,"endTime":412.461,"body":"intentional way."},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":412.462,"endTime":413.462,"body":"And"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":414.68,"endTime":416.149,"body":"maybe it was just proximity, or"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":416.15,"endTime":417.649,"body":"like, the amount of times like 'the"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":417.65,"endTime":418.988,"body":"church four nights a week!' which"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":420.35,"endTime":421.459,"body":"is what I grew up with - You know,"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":421.46,"endTime":423.379,"body":"Sunday school in the afternoon,"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":423.38,"endTime":425.359,"body":"VBS, Wee College, go down"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":425.36,"endTime":426.36,"body":"the list."},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":427.19,"endTime":428.989,"body":"What we're seeing is a cry from that"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":428.99,"endTime":431.119,"body":"part of our congregation to say"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":431.12,"endTime":433.939,"body":"'we want to be discipled'."},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":433.94,"endTime":435.179,"body":"We want to grow."},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":435.18,"endTime":436.369,"body":"We're hungry for this."},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":436.37,"endTime":438.439,"body":"We are not"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":438.44,"endTime":440.509,"body":"mad - or like, you know, perhaps"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":440.51,"endTime":441.826,"body":"it's not every opportunity is"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":444.47,"endTime":445.669,"body":"shaped around discipleship, but"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":445.67,"endTime":447.499,"body":"they're saying, 'We want this, we're"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":447.5,"endTime":449.449,"body":"hungry for this', which then"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":449.45,"endTime":452.099,"body":"gives us the opportunity to then"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":452.1,"endTime":453.949,"body":"relook at, 'Hey, how"},{"speaker":"nationally","startTime":453.95,"endTime":455.299,"body":"are we actually doing this?'
