And going when God says"},{"startTime":301.89,"endTime":303.809,"body":"go, or staying when God says"},{"startTime":303.81,"endTime":305.583,"body":"stay. Or waiting when God says wait."},{"startTime":305.584,"endTime":307.346,"body":"And probably if we are feeling"},{"startTime":308.64,"endTime":310.649,"body":"ready, we might"},{"startTime":310.65,"endTime":312.239,"body":"have waited too long."},{"startTime":312.24,"endTime":313.679,"body":"Because we've tried to knock the"},{"startTime":313.68,"endTime":316.049,"body":"faith out of it by eliminating risk"},{"startTime":316.05,"endTime":316.831,"body":"and consequence."},{"startTime":316.832,"endTime":318.659,"body":"We've probably stepped a little"},{"startTime":318.66,"endTime":321.239,"body":"into disobedience, if we don't move,"},{"startTime":321.24,"endTime":322.44,"body":"were it's a little bit iffy."},{"startTime":323.46,"endTime":324.269,"body":"Right."},{"startTime":324.27,"endTime":326.549,"body":"And I think we're trying to discern"},{"startTime":326.55,"endTime":328.499,"body":"that-- you know,"},{"startTime":328.5,"endTime":330.479,"body":"God's timing on things as it relates"},{"startTime":330.48,"endTime":331.409,"body":"to readiness."},{"startTime":331.41,"endTime":333.029,"body":"Because, right, if you wait too"},{"startTime":333.03,"endTime":335.189,"body":"long, waiting for every"},{"startTime":335.19,"endTime":337.109,"body":"i to be dotted and every t to"},{"startTime":337.11,"endTime":338.999,"body":"be crossed, no"},{"startTime":339.0,"endTime":341.189,"body":"one would plant any churches."},{"startTime":341.19,"endTime":344.159,"body":"Because there's so much,"},{"startTime":344.16,"endTime":346.229,"body":"so many dynamics that happen just"},{"startTime":346.23,"endTime":348.569,"body":"even from your pre-launch"},{"startTime":348.57,"endTime":350.369,"body":"season to launch season."},{"startTime":350.37,"endTime":352.409,"body":"Changing venues and having leaders"},{"startTime":352.41,"endTime":354.479,"body":"come in and out and,"},{"startTime":354.48,"endTime":355.829,"body":"you know, people showing up saying"},{"startTime":355.83,"endTime":357.029,"body":"we're going to, you know, give this"},{"startTime":357.03,"endTime":358.349,"body":"much money, then, you know, you"},{"startTime":358.35,"endTime":359.849,"body":"don't get calls back and then you"},{"startTime":359.85,"endTime":361.349,"body":"rely on that and others,  somebody"},{"startTime":361.35,"endTime":362.159,"body":"else comes in."},{"startTime":362.16,"endTime":364.049,"body":"There's so many dynamics and"},{"startTime":364.05,"endTime":366.059,"body":"so you're not totally ever ready."},{"startTime":366.06,"endTime":367.349,"body":"And I think--."},{"startTime":367.35,"endTime":369.179,"body":"One of the things that I would"},{"startTime":369.18,"endTime":370.359,"body":"say probably even - Let's"},{"startTime":373.69,"endTime":375.849,"body":"go back to like 2010,"},{"startTime":375.85,"endTime":378.309,"body":"2008, 2010, somewhere in there."},{"startTime":378.31,"endTime":380.499,"body":"When we were planting churches--."},{"startTime":380.5,"endTime":381.657,"body":"Okay, I'll just say before 2010."},{"startTime":381.658,"endTime":383.649,"body":"When we were planting churches,"},{"startTime":383.65,"endTime":385.599,"body":"before 2010, we didn't"},{"startTime":385.6,"endTime":387.579,"body":"have a lot of process."},{"startTime":387.58,"endTime":389.169,"body":"We didn't have a lot of things to"},{"startTime":389.17,"endTime":391.119,"body":"get people ready."},{"startTime":391.12,"endTime":393.249,"body":"And we saw our closures increase."},{"startTime":394.57,"endTime":396.429,"body":"So there was a direct correlation"},{"startTime":396.43,"endTime":397.869,"body":"between them."},{"startTime":397.87,"endTime":399.909,"body":"But from 2010 on, when"},{"startTime":399.91,"endTime":402.249,"body":"there started to be more mainstream"},{"startTime":402.25,"endTime":404.439,"body":"church planting resources,"},{"startTime":404.44,"endTime":406.299,"body":"when there was more talk about"},{"startTime":406.3,"endTime":408.309,"body":"church planting, we had better"},{"startTime":408.31,"endTime":411.099,"body":"examples of successful ones."},{"startTime":411.1,"endTime":412.539,"body":"I think--. I can't remember, but it"},{"startTime":412.54,"endTime":414.589,"body":"was something like between 2010"},{"startTime":414.59,"endTime":415.59,"body":"and 2020, 85"},{"startTime":416.65,"endTime":418.929,"body":"or 88%"},{"startTime":418.93,"endTime":420.999,"body":"of the churches we started"},{"startTime":421.0,"endTime":422.0,"body":"in that time, by"},{"startTime":422.98,"endTime":424.929,"body":"December 31st, 2020 were"},{"startTime":424.93,"endTime":425.859,"body":"still active."},{"startTime":425.86,"endTime":427.569,"body":"So this idea of a church only"},{"startTime":427.57,"endTime":429.609,"body":"lasting a year or two"},{"startTime":429.61,"endTime":432.279,"body":"years, that doesn't--, that's"},{"startTime":432.28,"endTime":433.179,"body":"rare."},{"startTime":433.18,"endTime":435.069,"body":"It used to be the opposite."},{"startTime":435.07,"endTime":435.939,"body":"But it's rare now."},{"startTime":435.94,"endTime":437.439,"body":"And I think we've gotten better at"},{"startTime":437.44,"endTime":438.68,"body":"prep.
