Michael Tidd, Headteacher of East Preston Junior School in West Sussex talks about how to balance teacher workload and wellbeing, confident in the knowledge that the teaching and learning meets the needs of his children, teachers, parents and the Trust. Ensuring his teachers feel they are effective with their time and energy, while maintaining their ability to deliver a curriculum, which fosters a culture of creativity and fun as well as raising standards, is clearly apparent in his school.
