Episode 24 features Gabriel Landeskog. Gabriel is the captain of the Colorado Avalanche in the National Hockey League. This episode was repurposed from another podcast I began Co-Hosting with Coach PJ Atherton of Atherton Hockey. We actually cut this interview when the pandemic just started. We had a blast discussing so many important experiences that have shaped Gabriel's life. We discuss how he was adapting to the start of the pandemic with his new baby<3)) He shares his experiences with a great coach from his youth, his thoughts on leadership and taking ownership of your process, and so much more about what it takes to be one of the best performers in the world!!
