Action is on my mind a lot when it comes to visibility. So I wanted to start the year up by having a conversation about what it takes to get into action.
Don’t get me wrong. This is not an episode about New Year’s resolutions. I think we can all agree that they are not particularly useful and in fact can lead to major disappointment and avoidance.
So in this episode, I want to set up getting into action as the multi-dimensional activity that it is. I want to help identify those things that will get you started in a sustainable way and those which might get in your way. In other words, we´ll dive deep into "enablers" and "derailers".
