Episode #17 Leading Through Loss
How do you give yourself that time and space that you need to breathe even when you're still expected to show up for others through difficult times? In this episode, Chanel gets personal about the loss of multiple family members within months of each other and how she dealt with the anxiety, depression and uncertainty it brought. Her regular day was filled with highs and lows and she didn't know how to process that. When Chanel got to her lowest point, she decided to shut out the distractions, remove herself from social media (for 5+ years) and embraced the space it gave her to breathe and focus on what mattered the most; her health, wellbeing and loved ones. Take a listen and be inspired.
