In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, all of my episodes for the month of May will be focused on a different topic that is centered around mental health. This episode is one that I need you guys to SHARE. Its something that many of us struggle with on a daily basis and that is anxiety disorders. I myself have suffered for existential anxiety and panic disorder. It affected my daily routine, my mental state and was really a tough time for me.
