Scott commenced his professional career as a Physiotherapist and continues to love nothing more then supporting clients. Most of his time is now spent being privileged and blessed to support and be surrounded by the Community Therapy team. You will find a mix of interviews with:- health professionals about evidence based health care in the community- business founders and managers about how to operate outstanding healthcare businesses- organisations that support the community health sector. In this episode Scott Lynch (Managing Director of Community Therapy) and Paul Green, (Senior Counsellor at EAP Assist) discuss employee wellbeing which is particularly relevant during the COVID-19 pandemic and changes of routines relating to working from home.
Scott is Chair of the Australian Physiotherapy Association’s NSW Gerontology Committee and Managing Director of Community Therapy; a company he started 5 years ago that has grown to a team of 70 Physios, OTs, Dietitians, Speech Pathologists and Massage Therapists. Community Therapy delivers values-driven community, aged and disability allied health services across the Hunter and Central Coast regions of NSW.

Paul Green is a senior counsellor at EAP Assist and is very passionate about employee wellbeing.
EAP Assist is an Australian company established in 2008 providing employees with confidential phone counselling & digital support throughout Australia & Overseas.
Common issues include workplace conflict, difficult working relationships, stress, workplace change & workplace trauma as well as personal issues such as depression, grief, anxiety, alcohol and substance abuse, gambling & other addictions, communication problems & self-esteem.
Their clients include small employers with few staff right through to multinational companies with hundreds of employees in Australia, NZ, USA, Canada & UK with different plans to suit each employer.
Their Mission Statement is to ensure that all workers are able to access an efficient, cost effective Employee Assistance Program.
