The command “Open Ranks” is used to prepare your unit for inspection. Once prepared, the inspection involves your uniform or equipment being evaluated closely for excellence or discrepancy. Upon the command of "Close Ranks" you're left feeling accomplished or with things to correct. In similar fashion Open Ranx will be a podcast where we invite people to open themselves up for good hearted conversation and exchange. At the end of our conversations once we Close Ranx, our goal will be to celebrate good times. Or walk away with new insight and things to improve upon for the next time we meet.
