The inaugural Blue Mountain Film Festival is set to take place from June1st to June 5th at the Blue Mountain Village Conference Centre spearheaded by executive and artistic director, Helen du Toit.
Helen was the artistic director of the Palm Springs International Film Festival and produced multiple editions of the Toronto International Film Festival’s Talent Lab and also the creative director of Vancouver IFF’s Film and Television Forum. She is a member of both the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science and the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television.
The festival will showcase approximately twenty-five feature films from across the globe with a spotlight on Ontario productions as well as presenting a Creative Forum scheduled from June 1st to June 3rd where international and domestic film industry professionals will have an opportunity to come together and share ideas.
