Recently featured in CBC legend Peter Mansbridge’s book called “Extraordinary Canadians”, Robb Nash has won multiple awards, including the meritorious service medal from the Governor-General of Canada in 2019.
As a teenager, Robb cheated death in a near fatal car crash. He was resuscitated on the side of the icy road near his home in Winnipeg, Manitoba. His skull was rebuilt with Titanium, and his lengthy recovery sparked a severe depression.
Music is his therapy by telling his story via songs. Alongside The Robb Nash Project’s new song, “This is War” and the forthcoming album of the same name, the skin-inked gesture is part of Rob’s long-held commitment to combat mental illness – a high-stakes conflict he personally endured.
“This is War” marks the first release under Robb’s new partnership with Warner Music Canada.
