Jamie McLaughlin is our singer/songwriter winner of the 2017 Battle of the Sands Competition held on June 7th as part of the Wasaga Waterfront Festival a collaboration with the Georgian Triangle Music Festival and the Town of Wasaga Beach. Jamie is a solar electrician by trade and a soul searching musician by life. Drawn by saxophonist, Ross Tracy and the late Curtis Maple, this singer/songwriter is inspired by all genre of music with emphasis on blues, folk and jazz. He performed at the Canada’s 150th Birthday at the Main Street Market as part of the Georgian Triangle Music Festival.
