This year marks the 36th Anniversary of Theatre Collingwood, the not-for-profit professional theatre company, was officially incorporated in 1984. Their mission is to enrich and entertain the community by presenting and producing live professional theatre.
As with most theatre companies it has been a challenging year due to COVID-19, Theatre Collingwood had to reinvent itself by presenting great virtual performances.
The theatre company is delighted to announce two online Christmas shows:
“The Reading of a Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens streaming from December 18th to 20th, this is their second year presenting this dramatic reading in Collingwood.
Followed by a Christmas show that you and your family will enjoy from the comfort of your home with “Rockin’ Round the Christmas Tree” with Leisa Way and The Wayward Wind Band from December 19th to January 3rd, 2021. Leisa is a favourite amongst the Theatre Collingwood audiences who have deep affection for her and the Wayward Wind Band!
