Experienced in every style of bars and restaurants from night club manager, bar consultant to lead bartender to managing the Bartending School, Diana Roberts has been in the industry for over 25-years.
Originally from Newfoundland where she began her career in hospitality today, Diana is one of the owners of the Bartending School of Ontario founded in 1974 by our very own, Victor Miller known to Diana as her brother from another planet.
In 2012, Victor stepped down from the helm at the school and was to retire only to find himself back to what he loved second to bartending where he hosted a weekly show “Beach Business Speaks” on Beach BOOSTER Radio.
“The Salty Hipster” cocktail created by Diana was featured in “A Toast from Coast to Coast” a book of contemporary Canadian cocktail culture, made to support the hospitality industry where 100% of the proceeds from the sale of each book go towards The Bartenders Benevolent Fund and The Canadian Professional Bartenders Association.
