Marshall Potts is a singer/songwriter who lives on 160-acres in beautiful Kamloops, British Columbia with his high school sweetheart, Jo-Ann, two dogs, two cats and twenty-two chickens. Marshall has been writing songs as of 12-years-old and never looked back.
His music is about moving beyond your past, taking back your power, embracing the moment and living in the “here” and “now”.
On April 20th, Marshall released his first song of his new album of the same title “Free and Easy” produced by renowned musician, engineer and producer, John Webster known for his work with Cher, Aerosmith, Colin James, Tom Cochrane to name a few.
According to Marshall, the album collectively tells the story of his own spiritual journey and inner awakening. “Free and Easy” invites the listener to join him on his journey.
This year, a deal was signed with MC 1 Nashville and their Canadian division Brandy Records distributed by Sony Music/The Orchard. Most recently, he participated in the docu-music special “Heal the Earth” A Legendary Musical Offering to Celebrate Earth Day – Jour de la Terre that took place on April 22nd via live stream.
