Toronto-based, Montreal-born and raised, Don Graham is a singer/songwriter tried and tested in the music industry, both as a performer and songwriter.
In April, Don performed his song “You Can Count on Me” for the successful “Earth Day Celebration, Heal the Earth” video concert produced by Sandy Graham of Entertainment Music Group. This one-hour special featured amazing talent like Tommy James, David Pomeranz, Murray McLauchlan, Andy Kim, Alan Frew (Glass Tiger), Paul Sanders, Marshall Potts, Tom Jackson to name a few.
Inspired by a last-minute holiday in Mexico, Don released a new single titled “Como Te Amo”. “Como Te Amo” translates to “how I love you” and, whether they’re spoken in Spanish or English, these are words that everyone longs to hear. “If you don’t speak the language your Spanish phrasebook becomes your best friend,” Graham explains. “When a lovely senorita catches your eye, the little book allows you to convey your feelings.”
Don’s version of an Eric Andersen song “The Hustler” recorded with the talented John Dawson will be included on the “Tribute to a Songpoet: The Songs of Eric Andersen” scheduled for late fall featuring artists such as Linda Ronstadt, Jackson Browne, Bob Dylan and many more.
Dianna was delighted to welcome via ZOOM singer/songwriter and producer, Don Graham to Beach Corner.
