Dianna Chycki

A triple-threat actor, musician and activist whose achievements in each discipline are downright head-spinning – there are entertainment legends, and then there is Tom Jackson.

Tom’s latest single titled “Lost Souls” explores the horrifying event in the summer of 2021, the discovery of 215 unmarked graves near Kamloops in British Columbia, of residential school system.

Tom demands that we learn the truth on the haunting new track. “We can’t jump to reconciliation without discussion of truth,” said Tom Jackson.

Tom hopes that when people hear this song and watch the video, they will like it and share it. He also wants people to pick-up the phone and call someone to tell them they love them, stating that love is the most powerful tool.

September 30th, 2021, marked the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation honouring the lost children and survivors of residential schools, their families and communities.
