What happens when the world of elite CrossFit collides with adult content creation? Kirsty Stroud knows firsthand. Once ranked the fourth fittest woman in Europe, Kirsty's journey from size 14-16 smoker to CrossFit box owner to OnlyFans sensation defies conventional career paths and reveals the fascinating intersection of fitness and digital entrepreneurship.

When COVID shuttered her gym, Kirsty faced a pivotal moment. Taking a supermarket delivery job to make ends meet, she simultaneously launched an OnlyFans account—initially faceless, selling only photos of her muscular legs and feet. The results were staggering: over $10,000 in her first month, far outpacing her traditional employment. This unexpected success opened her eyes to a niche she never knew existed—"muscle girls" with dedicated followings willing to pay premium prices for content featuring strong, athletic women.

Throughout our conversation, Kirsty candidly discusses the evolution of her content creation journey, from solo videos to collaborations with other fitness-focused creators. She offers fascinating insights into balancing her CrossFit passion with adult content creation, maintaining a disciplined 5 AM training schedule while managing her digital business. We explore her unconventional lifestyle—living in an American RV parked outside her gym with four bulldogs—and her triumphant return to competitive CrossFit after overcoming a debilitating autoimmune disease that temporarily confined her to a wheelchair.

What makes Kirsty's story so compelling is her authentic approach to both worlds. Rather than compartmentalizing her fitness career and adult content creation, she's found ways to integrate them, embracing her unique position at their intersection. Her experience demonstrates how unexpected opportunities, combined with discipline and authenticity, can lead to remarkable success in multiple domains simultaneously.

Listen to discover how finding your unique niche—whether in fitness, content creation, or anywhere else—can open doors you never knew existed. Kirsty's journey will inspire you to embrace adaptability and recognize opportunity, even in life's most challenging moments.

Meeting Kirsty Stroud

Speaker 1

Hello and welcome back to the Angel Long podcast. I don't know why I say my name.

Speaker 2

Why not it's?

Speaker 1

like you know, Hello.

Speaker 2

Hello, how are you? I'm good.

Speaker 1

How are you? I'm very well. We have Kirsty Stroud here today. Hello, and this is the first time we've met, isn't it? It is, did you have a?

Speaker 2

good journey down. It was all right. I was very nervous, were you. Did you have a good journey down? It was alright. I was very nervous, were you? Yeah?

Speaker 1

I was nervous too. I think it's like meeting new people, isn't it like not knowing whether you're going to gel with them and how it is?

Speaker 2

exactly that and I'm always like how am I going to come across? Yeah, exactly they don't like me, do I just leave like, yeah, lots of things going on in my head, so I hope that it's been okay. No, I've hated, every second. No, no, what about?

Speaker 1

that Fucking hell Get me out.

Speaker 2

Don't wait to get to the hotel. Fuck off, get me out of here and I'm not coming back. No, no, no.

Speaker 1

Tomorrow we will not be working together. No, we will, because we've actually gone quite well, yeah. So it's kind a little snippet for anyone that doesn't know who kirsty stroud is. Who is kirsty stroud?

From CrossFit Champion to OnlyFans

Speaker 2

hi, I'm kirsty stroud and I oh who am I? I am a crossfit athlete, um, I own a crossfit box in the uk and I am a muscle girl on only fans ah, okay, yeah, so it all blends in. I'm fitness flexing with a bit of fun, spicy fun I like it.

Speaker 1

Yeah, so have you done crossfit longer? I'm guessing you've done crossfit longer than you've done.

Speaker 2

Only fans then yes, so I've been doing crossfit now for 12, 12 years. I've had the gym for about 10 I'm gonna say 10 years, yeah, so yeah so it just I love crossfit, it's just I don't know it don't know.

Speaker 1

Did you get straight into CrossFit? Did you do any exercise like any gym work before you got into CrossFit?

Speaker 2

No, I was a size 14 to 16. I smoked.

Speaker 1

Really so you had a complete life change then, really.

Speaker 2

I met my husband in prison and then, yeah, he changed my life. So, yeah, that was it, because I was a fat, a fat person.

Speaker 1

Yeah, but now.

Speaker 2

Now.

Speaker 1

Now you are a muscle.

Speaker 2

Now I am a muscle girl.

Speaker 1

I like it, yeah, so complete change of lifestyle. So how did you get into OnlyFans then?

Speaker 2

So lockdown, the gym obviously got shut down. I bet that was a stressful time time, wasn't it? It was awful every day we'd have members drop off because obviously everyone was losing their jobs, no one had any money, no one knew what was going on and we were like, oh my god, like, and I went and worked in a supermarket as a delivery driver. Yeah, and I had no choice because it was just like right, what we're gonna do. So I did that, and then I just started doing OnlyFans. I just thought well, what?

Speaker 1

have I got to lose. So did you know about OnlyFans before then? Obviously.

Speaker 2

Me and my husband had spoken about it, but we didn't really do anything because we'd got an earning. So we thought well, we don't need to do it.

Speaker 2

And then, obviously, when it all went tits up that's when we started it and within my first week and no word of a lie all I sold was pictures of my thighs, calves and feet and I made over a thousand pound thousand dollars, sorry in the first week and I was working morrisons earning 800 pound a month and I was like what am I doing? Like why so I? I actually I think I lasted in morrison's for about a month yeah, continued the only fans to make sure that this was real, that it was real money and it was going to go into my bank. And then, as soon as that money dropped, making just made, more and more and I think in my first month I made I made over 10 grand in the first month and I quit morrison's and you're saying that you, what did you?

Speaker 1

what did you do from basically your legs, yeah, my calves. That's what kind of like.

Speaker 2

Literally my quads calves and feet sold them.

Speaker 1

So they, you've got your fan base of people that are like Muscle.

Speaker 2

Muscles, and I didn't have tattoos at the time and I wasn't showing my face. I didn't have boobs then either I didn't showing my face. I didn't have boobs then either I didn't have, because obviously I had a boob job since, so no one could identify it was me.

Speaker 1

And yeah, and I still made money. How long did you do that then for where you were like a faceless creator? Because I've obviously never been a faceless creator, but then I was in the porn industry like a lot before. So, but yeah, I faceless creators. I mean there's so many of them out there, isn't there? And as you have shown you can still make good money on it. You can still make good money.

Speaker 2

But I'd say there's a window, there's like a ceiling, so there's a ceiling, so I would notice that. So I started doing my first solo and I had my face in it, and then I think that's what spoiled it, because then all the other? Things didn't sell as well. So then it's kind of then you open up more yeah, things to do and once my face was out there I was like well, that's it, it's done so.

Starting Solo Content During Lockdown

Speaker 1

Did you start with just solo then, and then you moved into collabs and stuff yeah, and I was the girl that didn't even have a vibrator.

Speaker 2

like I didn't have a dildo, didn't have have a vibrator. Like I didn't have a dildo, didn't have a vibrator, nothing, I had nothing.

Speaker 1

I didn't know what the hell, I was doing. And I was just like okay, Is that because you didn't used to wank? I?

Speaker 2

think I just didn't need to. My husband and me would have sex every day.

Speaker 1

Yeah, yeah, yeah. So you just didn't need to. Yeah, so it yeah.

Speaker 2

So it just felt really weird and I was like this is weird, yeah, so, yeah, so I just bought loads of toys and I just videoed it and then literally so I didn't know what the hell I was doing. Sounds odd, but yeah, and that's how it started, just solo. Well, it started faceless and then solos and then in my first four months because I started in the January first four months up into April, so like lock, everything was open. Yeah, so lockdown finished. Yeah, um, I made over 50 grand like and that's, you don't get that, where do you get?

Speaker 1

yeah, anyway, why would you stop?

Speaker 2

yeah, because then obviously the world opened, lockdown finished and I was like, well, I'm just going to continue. It was too good good a money.

Speaker 1

Yeah, exactly. And so when did you move into collabing with other people and what was your first collab with anyone else?

Speaker 2

Oh, good question. So my first year on OnlyFans was just me and it was quite lonely and I got quite depressed about it Making great money. But it was just very lonely, sitting at home in my pants, not really talking to anyone apart from on the internet. And my first collab I think it was I know who it was with it was with muscle girls. So it was with kira oh, yeah, yeah yeah, leaky words.

Speaker 2

So muscle girls who were in the uk, kind of same brand, kind of thing. I didn't know what I was doing, I was scared, I was so stressed and I was like, yeah, and they were great. Yeah, like they just led they're like pros.

Speaker 1

I mean I don't know lee, but like like kira. Yeah, that she's a pro.

Speaker 2

Yeah, she just led it and I was like and then after that I was buzzing, I was like and I learned so much from them and I was like this is where it is, this is what I want to do, because I was quite depressed and lonely being at home doing it on my own. So to then get out and meet new people with really big ambitions and stuff, and I was like, yeah, like yeah, I learned so much. And then I never looked back really what about with guy with a guy.

Speaker 2

So me and my husband were swingers, anyway, okay, yeah, so, but I've, but I've never done anything with a guy.

Speaker 1

So have you been with a woman before?

Speaker 2

Yeah, so with the yeah before.

Speaker 1

Yeah.

Speaker 2

So me and my husband used to go to swingers clubs quite a lot. Never filmed content together like that, but yeah, we'd go to swingers. So it was quite comfortable being with other guys and other females, which was cool.

Speaker 1

But then, um, but then. To go without my husband, yeah, it's a very different feeling, I suppose. Isn't it like even filmings of different feel? Filming and swinging is completely different isn't it completely different? Because, like filming, obviously you're thinking about angles, you're thinking about what the people are watching, you're thinking about all of this, whereas when you're swinging, it's like for pure enjoyment, isn't it, you know?

Speaker 2

so it is very different so my first shoot with a guy and a girl was with a guy and a girl um and I think it was quite hard for me and my husband to be split up.

Speaker 2

It was a big decision and I said we had a big sit down about it because we didn't know how we felt about it. Um, and I said, if I go and you don't like it, then I'll come back. It's fine, um, but yeah, we were fine about it. We come, I come back, and I spoke to him about everything and he was great.

Speaker 1

I think that's what it is communication at the end of the day, and I think you've got to try something once and then you're either going to know if it's going to work or you're not. It's not going to work, but then you know. The communication is the key to everything, exactly exactly that.

Speaker 2

And yeah, and he goes off now and does things with other creators and yeah, everything's fine. Um, so, yeah, it's all good now that's good, then.

Speaker 1

Isn't it all worked out? Have you got a um, a favorite scene that you've ever shot?

Collaborations and Industry Experiences

Speaker 2

like oh my god, oh my god, something called pascal's sub-slut, oh, I love pascal, pascal oh, my god Pascal is the Like.

Speaker 1

He's the daddy. Do you know what?

Speaker 2

I mean.

Speaker 1

Like I love Pascal. I've known Pascal for years, have you? And like I've worked with Pascal yeah, like actually Done porn with Pascal and I've actually like Produced Pascal, like he's yeah, he's cool, he's the daddy, he's like I didn't know him.

Speaker 2

I got introduced to him At an event but had no idea what he did or like what, what kind of scenes he shot. And then he got into contact with me and my husband was like, do you want to do it? I was like, yeah, why not? But I didn't do my research as in as in what? I was not like oh my god, so I didn't do any research. He was just like like could you just be a sub?

Speaker 2

I was like yeah, I can be a sub, but I didn't realise the extreme of it and it was a two-day thing, and to go back the second day I was like ooh, but actually he was so lovely, he's so lovely, he's so professional, he's very hardcore, oh yeah.

Speaker 1

But he is great. Oh, absolutely, you know you could have wished for anyone better to do that style of shoot, especially for your first you know what I mean, or whatever.

Speaker 2

And he I was his first muscle girl, because muscle girls aren't seen to be as subs, they seem to be as like doms. So, yeah, it went wild. It went wild, but do you know what, like I think if he asked me to come back again, I don't know if I'd do it.

Speaker 1

Yeah, knowing what I'm walking into, like I just what did you do? Tell me, what did you want to? Did he have you tied up or anything, or how is it just? Just like you were just subbing, sub to him, completely obvious, because that's his style.

Speaker 2

Um, it got to the point where like I literally just wet myself Like it was that extreme, like where he was shoving his dick so far down my throat and I was choking and I think if I had had a full belly you would have it would have all come back on, oh my. God or the other way.

Speaker 2

Yeah, literally it was yeah, and he made me squirt like and I've never squirted so but I just don't know if that was the right thing, because my pelvic floor, where obviously all the exercise, I do is so fucking tight yeah, oh my that was. That was hot. It felt like the world was coming out of me it wasn't good, and then for days after I was trying to exercise and your body just weeing like it was just loose, it wasn't good well, I wonder if that was then like to do broke my pelvic, like my pelvic floor was just yeah yeah, it was savage, but a good kind of savage yeah, but like you don't, but that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1

You don't know these things. Until you've done the, do you test things out and try things you don't know yeah, like he's, he's a legend. Yeah, he's, he's a different breed to like any. Any guy that you're probably collabing with is probably he's just a different breed, but he's like an old school porn guy he's been about for so long and he made me feel like so safe as well.

Speaker 2

Like my husband was there not watching at the time yeah I was there for a few hours.

Speaker 1

I didn't yeah just made me feel so safe.

Speaker 2

And then we actually went back a second day.

Speaker 1

My husband was invited to do the second shoot with him as well so, which was great, and they got on so well, like so, which is yeah, and I still talk to him, so he's, he's brilliant, pascal, like I've yeah, he's, he's amazing. What about um? Is there anything that you really want to do that you've not done yet? What in the sex industry? Sex, yeah, and they're like there's nothing in your um because we go with your fantasy things. There's nothing there that you're like I really want to shoot this and being in the industry, would I could probably sort it out to be able to do that.

Speaker 2

I wanted to do browsers, but I think now I want to move away from the professional shoots. So not so much now. There's not some, I don't. I think I want to come away from the pro shoots and do more swinger kind of lifestyle things like um, what is the word? I'm looking authentic, yes, authentic videos rather than exactly and now that, rather than porn like yeah yeah, the fantasy things.

Speaker 2

It's more like because we just bought an american rv to go around the uk and see, go to swinger clubs, swing and get with swinger couples and do content in our rv and do like a fun like a podcast, but something very similar like in there just getting to know the lifestyle and put it on youtube because I think a lot of people would love that just, and a lot of people want the swinger lifestyle and are intrigued, whereas with porn it's more like it's fantasy, isn't?

Speaker 1

it well, porn. You know that you're going to turn up, you're going going to do X amount of social media stuff. You're going to do three or four scenes, or two or three scenes, whatever it is, and that's it, whereas people want to see your life kind of behind the porn persona which would be a really good thing to do, isn't it? The swinging and stuff like that.

Speaker 2

Yeah, it's more real.

Speaker 1

People love real stuff, yeah and stuff like that.

Speaker 2

Yeah, it's more real. Yeah, people love real stuff. Yeah, and people are nosy, so they want to know, they want to know. Yeah, they want to know, they want to know what you get up to in your camper van. That's it. So that's. I think that's the plan moving forward, so yeah.

Speaker 1

How many scenes do you people you've done in a in a video like a one video?

Speaker 2

eight eight eight person orgy so it was like four guys, four girls how was that? That was exhausting, it was tiring. I got so poorly after, I was just so tired.

Speaker 1

So people don't realise how much having sex for a long period of time like a toll it takes on your body, the energy like you, have to put into it To keep going. Pound it by cock after cock in your mouth. How long was the video, do you reckon?

Speaker 2

the video. Well, it was a 45 minute video, but we were fucking doing things for ages.

Speaker 1

Yeah, it was good, though it was good did you used to watch porn before you got in the industry? I did actually with my husband what kind of porn do you like to watch? Boy, girl stuff, yeah, yeah, just like and would it be amateurs or would it be porn stars? But I suppose when you're in outside because when I'm outside the industry, if you're not in the adult industry, sex work, whatever you want to call it um, like I can't watch, I don't watch porn like porn stars do you know what I?

Speaker 1

mean it's like because I know them, I see them, I did, and it's just not for you did, you used to watch porn stars, or did you watch amateurs, or or?

Speaker 2

what?

Speaker 1

so before I knew what the whole porn industry was about, it was porn stars whereas now I think well, I don't watch it now I was gonna say now, do you watch it at all?

Speaker 2

now no, but I think, I would actually watch Amateurs, amateurs, amateurs. Yeah, I think that's what I would watch.

Speaker 1

Yeah, because it's the real people the kind of what you're saying about the authenticness you know that they're doing it because they want to do it and you're just going to watch it from all the way through rather than yeah, exactly that, yeah no. I don't watch. I used to watch porn years ago and then I didn't. When I was in the industry full time, I was like I didn't really watch any at all.

Speaker 2

You become like desensitised. Is that the word? Yeah, desensitized, yeah, it just doesn't. You just start like, oh, turn it off, it's so bad isn't it?

Speaker 1

So you used to watch it with your husband, but you never watched anything on your own.

Speaker 2

No, oh, yeah, no, I don't think I was a very sexual person prior to meeting my husband. Yeah, I don't know why, I just didn't like sex.

Speaker 1

I do honestly think that some women just don't wank. Some women don't need to feel, don't have the need to come in a way, in a way, unless you're with a partner, you just, you just don't think about it.

Speaker 2

No, I think that was what. Yeah, before I met my husband.

Speaker 1

Yeah.

Speaker 2

I don't wank now, to be fair, unless I'm doing a video.

Speaker 1

Yeah, no, that's what I. I'm saying, like some people just aren't. Like I went through a stage of like where I didn't. Now I wank as I got older, but then I think it's like before. I didn't used to particularly do. You know what I mean. And then, in the industry and stuff, now, now I wank more than I have ever done, which is which is was that with the camera on? No, like some days I'm just like, yeah, I'm better.

Speaker 1

I but honestly like yes, I don't just like yeah, I'm better but honestly, like I'm the cut, I'm like the clit club with the ones.

Speaker 2

Like that's totally me.

Speaker 1

I'm more of that.

Speaker 2

I don't really fuck myself Like.

Speaker 1

I'm too wank, do you?

Speaker 2

know what I mean. Like at all, I'm more of a clit person.

Speaker 1

Yeah, like that's what. I mean it's like it's not long, but yeah, do you do you like doing things with scripts? Not scripts, because I know you're not doing professional porn, I don't mean that. But do you like to just have sex for your pornos, like for the scenes you do, or do you prefer like having a little like Story Story? Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2

So if you were to go on my page you'd see most, most of it. I should just say 99.9% of it is story based, Whether it's like having sex in a gym with some gym bros or like wrestling with some guys, and then it just gets a little bit sexy. Yeah, mostly a storyline. There is a couple that maybe aren't, but not very many. I think it's more interesting, more believable, right? Yeah, no, definitely. The last one I shot actually was with a couple and I was the estate agent I've seen that one.

Speaker 1

I mean I'm not gonna lie last night, when I was like thinking, oh yeah, I'm gonna work for you today and I'm gonna like see you, whatnot, I was like doing a deep dive. I was deep dive on the instagram, like what do I get myself?

Health Struggles and Autoimmune Disease

Speaker 1

checking it because obviously I've seen your stuff like, yeah, I've not seen any of your porn, but I've seen like your stories and like your Instagram posts and stuff and I was I'm shocked like your Instagram is like 10 years old. Yeah, like we're normally in the industry, we have like, uh, you know, angel long one and mine I'll get lose it and this something ever, but yours, yours, I'll just like that going yeah, touch wood, I, I've never lost it.

Speaker 2

Yeah, no, it's taken some work when I first started.

Speaker 1

I was on 13,000.

Speaker 2

I think now I'm on.

Speaker 1

And when you first started it was like mainly a you're on 225. Am I?

Speaker 2

225 because I unlocked yesterday.

Speaker 1

No, because I'm like, I'm in awe of you in a way because, like you, have built your like, going from like, looking at like when you used to do all your just your crossfit, like fitness stuff, and then you've obviously moved it into the more of your adult you know, or the your brand really isn't it, you know um it's like I think it's fucking brilliant like I never really thought of it like that yeah so it started off with fitness and I started off on 13 000 and then the fitness kind of molded in.

Speaker 2

I never knew there was a niche for muscle girls. I never knew it was a thing, no um, and then, yeah, it kind of just works together, right how do you think you grew that then?

Speaker 1

for do you do it like the collabing with people, like other fitness girls, or did you just? You're just, you're just very good at keeping up together, aren't you? You know what you need to do.

Speaker 2

I think what hit my first thing that went viral was just me in a towel and it was Britney Spears song, and I whipped my towel off and I had these muscles and then it just yeah, went fucking crazy. I was earning two and a half grand a day for like two weeks.

Speaker 1

And crazy. I was earning two and a half grand a day for like two weeks and I was just like what's going on? It's amazing. And then was that on tiktok or was that on instagram? That was on instagram, yeah, and literally just fed my page and I was like right, okay so then, you've seen, you've seen that, you've seen the, uh, the effect of it. Yeah, I was like there is actually a market here.

Speaker 2

And then, once I'd obviously started collabing with other muscle girls, it just went off. Other tattooed girls, other blonde girls, other fitness girls. And that's, yeah, the brand I've kind of tried to keep because that's what people love.

Speaker 1

What's your like typical day? Oh.

Speaker 2

God, I need to do a day in the life. Yeah, exactly what is?

Speaker 1

your typical day. Like you wake up, I wake up at 5 am.

Speaker 2

I'm in the gym by six for an hour.

Speaker 1

Okay, yeah, and is that free training for you?

Speaker 2

Me yeah, right, yeah, and then I'll be back, sort my dogs out, walk my dogs I've got four dogs and then I will be back on OnlyFans doing my bits for a couple of hours. I'll eat, then I'll go back in the gym train for a couple of hours, then back in the van do the same thing OnlyFans videos, whatever I need to do and then I'll go back and train in the afternoon at three o'clock.

Speaker 2

I might even have a cheeky nap somewhere. Okay, yeah, um, and then by four o'clock I like to think the day is mine, so I close everything off from the internet.

Speaker 1

I don't really do much else and then it's for you kind of thing.

Speaker 2

Yeah, me and my husband, my dogs, yeah, literally just have a bit of headspace.

Speaker 1

So do you shoot every day for your reels and things?

Speaker 2

No, so what I try and do once, once a week, I'll have three hours where I'll just I'll make a plan, obviously, and then I'll just bang out all the things I need to do, and then do you schedule things straight away as you, once you've that day of those three hours you've done, do you then schedule everything for the week, for your, for your socials?

Speaker 1

so that it's like done and you don't need to necessarily think about it apart from the stories and stuff.

Speaker 2

So for instance, I pro, I scheduled everything from yesterday till what day? Friday so five days, so I don't need to think about it, it's done and then I'll do the next scheduling when I get home yeah, at the end of the week that's what it is is.

Speaker 1

You just got to get routine, isn't it?

Speaker 2

and like and be really disciplined yeah, really disciplined, and it is boring like it's sitting there scheduling. I have to put my headphones in. I have to really home in focus.

Speaker 1

Good music on because, any distractions, I'm just like for you to look the way you look. Um, that's taken a lot oh, yeah, a lot of discipline. Um, so you have got a really good, strong mind to be able to discipline yourself.

Speaker 2

Yep, you know, get it done. It's chasing that feeling of, after you've done it, so you go, you wake up. Who wants to go to the gym at 5am? I don't want to go to the gym at 5am, but I know if I don't I'll fucking feel like shit.

Speaker 2

So I'm chasing that feeling of how I'm going to feel afterwards and it's the the same with scheduling, and once you've done your TikToks and your reels, how am I going to feel once it's done? Yeah, exactly, and it's great. That's how I get through it, because I just sometimes I hate, I hate sitting there for an hour doing it sometimes, but think about that hour afterwards.

Speaker 1

Yeah, that's five days done. Five days I don't have to think about it and I can do what I want.

Speaker 2

So yeah, and then I do think on the flip side of it, I'm not working a nine to five sitting in an office. This is like just do it, Kirst, it's not that hard. You can go and walk your dogs in the sunshine afterwards.

Speaker 1

Let's talk about your doggies. What doggies do you have?

Speaker 2

I have four bulldogs, so yeah, they're just the best right. Yeah, I love bulldogs. They're so cute. Your dog is a cute dog as well. So two Frenchies who are eight. They're my girls. One of them, she had a big tumour on her arm that she had taken off a month ago, but I thought I was so scared it was going to be cancer, but it was not so.

Speaker 1

I was so relieved.

Speaker 2

She's eight and I thought, well, now's the time If it is, then she'll just have to. Yeah, yeah, but she's fine. She's had this lump taken off. She's like a puppy again, so she's good. And then I've got two boys, two English bulldogs, who are hard work.

Speaker 1

They're great.

Speaker 2

They're amazing, aren't they? And we all live in a van. I was gonna say we all live in a van, all in an american rv.

Speaker 1

So yeah, they have their own bunk beds.

Speaker 2

So yeah, they're great, they're so good, they love it in the gym.

Speaker 1

They're just roam free yeah, they're like very, they're lovely. What do you find the um? There's a great big difference between the frenchies and the English, or not?

Speaker 2

Yeah, yeah, the Bulldogs. They're just, they're bulls, they're just like. They're just head first into anything. They don't care, whereas my Frenchies they're a bit more reserved. If there's a broom on the wall or a door closed, they won't go near it because they know that could hurt them, whereas the two boys will just go through it. How's it like living in a van? Oh, I love it, yeah, yeah, going from a five-bedroom house to an american rv was the best thing I've done. Like not having the stress of bills, not having a house to clean, not having gardening to do, like, oh, I come home to my van and I can chill, get things done, whereas I used to come home and be like I've got to clean this, I've got to do this, I've got to do. There was just so many things.

Speaker 1

There's so much. There's so many things to do, isn't there, oh my?

Speaker 2

God now, like I don't have to now, it doesn't happen like that no, which so good.

Speaker 1

so, like, um, like, because that's what? Because we obviously we've got the little camper van, we've got, like, the little transit and um, we've done it all out, but, um, there's no way, like I could live in a van, like that's tiny van, do you know what I mean? But with a big rv they're like you've got loads of space. Oh yeah, like, yeah, so we've.

Speaker 2

It's got a living room, it's got a kitchen, it's got a study, it's got a king-size bed in the back like wardrobes yeah, two double bunk beds that now are the dog's beds. It's got a bathroom shower and are you right? By your gym and we're parked outside the gym.

Speaker 1

So so when you get up at five in the morning, you're literally like five fall out, there you go. Yeah, but didn't you say to me that you've got like, um, that's your first training session, like for the classes 5 am breakfast club.

Speaker 2

We call it so, yeah, full class yeah and it's, and I won't sleep because as soon as that door opens and they put the music on, I'm up because I'm literally next door.

Speaker 1

So do you reckon you'll be in a van like that? You know that thing? That's it. You're going to be in a van, do you reckon? Or do you reckon you'll ever move back into a house?

Living in a Van and CrossFit Goals

Speaker 2

No, not if I can help it. The plan is to get the gym to where we want it to be. So then me and my husband can open up another gym somewhere else and then we'll take the van there. And then five, ten year plan. And then kind of move, yeah, we'll go into another country, hopefully, but without all the dogs. Hopefully, but without all the dogs. I just don't think we're ready to upturn all the dogs yet.

Speaker 1

Yeah, they're happy there where you are, isn't it? Do you know what I? Mean and in five, ten years. Yeah, that's it. We don't want to say horrible things about them.

Speaker 2

The next chapter of our life basically will be in the van, a bit of freedom. I just think the house, I don don't know, I just don't want to be stuck in one place.

Speaker 1

So, yeah, yeah, I think you're even a van lifer, or you're not a van lifer, aren't you? Do you know what?

Speaker 2

I mean the first, the first four weeks was horrendous. My husband, me and my husband nearly got divorced. I swear. Like so many things you know, like with the house, you have teething problems, so we had a leak, so fucking water everywhere and I was like oh my god. And then the toilet exploded, so shit everywhere and I was like oh my god, and then the heating broke. It was just lots of things.

Speaker 1

We did get it all fixed and now it's fine, but yeah you're always going to get t-v at the end of the day, you've gone from a massive house, yeah, to this smaller area, and it's like you've got to like not only have you got all the dogs, you've only got your husband. And it's like working around, working, working yourself around it all isn't it really? It can be intense, but uh, luckily you've got the gym, though you can go, that's it, I'm gonna work out for a bit yeah, well, yeah, there's a front room.

Speaker 2

In the gym there's a sofa and a tv.

Speaker 1

So yeah, just go and hide in there yeah, what's your um when you do when? What's your favorite? Uh, crossfit workout my favorite, I would have to say you know, crossfit right fran okay, yeah, for anyone who doesn't know what that one is fran is 21, 15, 9 pull-ups and thrusters.

Speaker 2

So have you, do you know your time for fran? Have you ever done it?

Speaker 1

no, I, I do have it from years ago, but I don't know, like what's yours, so mine's 2.21 as a 2.21?

Speaker 2

2.21. Yeah, it's fast. Fuck. I was here for about a day after that.

Speaker 1

But yeah, that is quick.

Speaker 2

Very quick.

Speaker 1

Yeah, okay, I actually did. When I met Kirsty, I was like, oh my god, you're just like. You're just like, oh my god, because I love CrossFit. I am nowhere, you're like here and I'm like on the floor but you've done it for a lot longer and all of that. But like you were telling me earlier that, like you used to compete and stuff, yeah.

Speaker 2

So I used to compete and I'm going back into competition this summer. Yeah, and I was fourth fittest in Europe. So between 2016 and 2019, just before lockdown I was podiuming. So I was like first, second, third, winning money on the podium and stuff In the age category under 34. But now I'm 35.

Speaker 1

I'm now going into the old bastard category as a a master. So that's what I'm doing. Well, do you think that the masters will be harder or easier for?

Speaker 2

you, it's gonna still be hard. I've got qualifiers coming out tomorrow and I've got three weeks to do them to see if I'll get to a competition in summer. I don't know where I am, so it's exciting, but do 220 or whatever it is for your life, you know so if it's Fran, I'll be all right.

Speaker 1

But if it's not and scary, do 220 or whatever it is for your like. Yeah for Fran. So if it's.

Speaker 2

Fran, I'll be alright, but if it's not, fran.

Speaker 1

I'm just trying, if it's anything else yeah, no, and what's your favourite kind of lift?

Speaker 2

which, oh, a clean and jerk, ooh yes, can do so. My PB was 110 kilos, fuck, and I weigh 62.

Speaker 1

So so kilos and I weigh 62, so that's nearly double your weight, yeah nearly wow at the moment.

Speaker 2

So the heaviest I've lifted in the last couple of months is 100.

Speaker 1

So I'm still 10 kilo off like my all-time pb. But yeah, and when was that point? Or what was that? When was that all-time pb?

Speaker 2

like 2016.

Speaker 1

I know, I know I'm old now yeah, like, if you think that's like nearly 10 years ago yep, so yeah, that's when I was a wee pup, yeah, but yeah now. But yeah, good, clean and jerk I I do like to lift do you prefer the lifting side of it to the gymnastics and stuff?

Speaker 2

yeah, yeah, I do like the gymnastics. It's fun, but I'm way better at lifting. You can lift strong.

Speaker 1

Yeah, I can't wait till Jess comes down. We're basically going to shoot like next time you come down, aren't we? We're going to get Jessica Carter and stuff, and she's really into CrossFit and whatnot as well.

Speaker 2

I've just seen that she's got cracking legs. I've never noticed she doesn't get them out enough on Instagram. Yeah, she needs to get that more.

Speaker 1

We showed her the band thing we did and it was like she's got fucking great legs and I was like fuck, yes it'd be cool to listen to you guys all chatting and stuff, because she just did a well, if you come down on a Friday night it was Saturday it's like a partner workout all the time so we could like, do put you through your paces yeah, I'm dying oh my god, out all the time, so we could like do, oh yeah, put your

Speaker 1

food paces yeah, it'll be you, jessica, and me. Um, my my cardio is it's not too bad, you know, but like my lifting's not great. Um, I need to get my core so I can sort it, so that I can like yeah, I'm not.

Speaker 2

Yeah, if you've got something I say missing my basically my core is really weak.

Speaker 1

My glutes are weak as well.

Speaker 2

Okay, so and I've sort of tight hamstrings back sometimes.

Speaker 1

Yes, lower back is my, you know, and my thing is I've not, I'm just not very good at doing like the stretching and the recoveries and before and after kind of thing. Yeah, I just expect to be able to do it and I'm like six, nearly six foot tall, like, but do you say in the hat, like that you were bigger and obviously, like I I'm going to show, let me see, I'm going to show you a picture now of me. Um, I can't show on here because Actually, no, I've got, yeah, I can't show on here because, like, I'm naked, wow, yeah, Jesus your shoulders.

Speaker 2

Yeah, you're like a skeleton.

Speaker 1

Yeah, that's what I mean. So I've put on 18 kilos.

Speaker 2

that's a lot, 18 kilos your shoulders are like yeah, no, but that's what I mean. But I didn't.

Speaker 1

Even I wasn't told, because basically I've got this photo set from um because I'm shooting with kathy baron, michelle thorn, who are like old school porn as would be, and we did this scene 20, about 22 years ago and we all did this scene. And I was like, oh, and we're shooting on the 11th of april and I was like, oh, my god, if you remember that scene, have you got that scene, kathy? She's like, yeah, she sent me all the pictures and it actually made me go. What did anyone tell you?

Speaker 2

I look, I was anorexic yeah, that's what I was about to say I mean like I, but that was the look that everyone was going for. They would eat an apple a day and it's like that's scary man that is like no. Why didn't anyone say anything?

Speaker 1

so you can see how. So for me to be, how I am now, oh, like it's fucking amazing because does that? Play with your head. It took me, yeah, it took me a long time to get my head around because I I was like I didn't think I was skinny yeah, you didn't see it I didn't see it and it is and I do know now it was anorexia, like at the. At the time I was like, oh no, I have got an eating disorder, but I do not.

Speaker 2

But I think with society back then as well. Like I remember going through a stage of thinking I needed to be skinny and I was, and then I got really fat and now now I still I have body issues.

Speaker 1

There's days where I can't even look at myself in the mirror because I feel awful yeah.

Speaker 2

There's days where I can't even look at myself in the mirror because I feel awful, yeah. But as a woman, you just get on with it, right You're?

Speaker 1

just like poor me. Yeah, I still look at myself and be like, oh God, I've always had a pot belly like a little pot belly.

Speaker 2

Do you know what I mean?

Speaker 1

And you've got that perfect fat, yeah, and it comes out and stuff, and sometimes I'm bigger than that, so that's a still fight, but at the end of the day, like yeah, I think a lot of us have them issues, but you just, yeah, just. You just move, yeah, as if someone who was that we just move, just move, just go on. When I got COVID hit, got these the medication.

Speaker 2

Right.

Speaker 1

The medication stopped me coughing Like I literally for three years have not coughed. Wow, which for me because basically cf is about the salt gene. So I used to bring up so much crap in my lungs. I hear the like a video. Uh, when I first started in the industry and you can hear the raspiness in my breath and stuff, um, because I had so much crap in there, you know um, this drug basically mimics the salt gene. Makes it supposedly work. I haven't coughed in three years it's fucking weird.

Speaker 1

Like literally within two days of taking this tablet and going to the gym and coughing as much as what I used to do and clearing so much crap out my lungs and stuff, and then to have it to be. It's just madness like this so that we had.

Speaker 2

We had a lady who had cystic fibrosis with her lungs. I think she had lung transplant. Yeah, if it's 30 percent um 30 percent lungs um.

Speaker 1

Is lung transplant um but then that's not going to cure her, because her lungs will, in the end, exactly the same thing.

Speaker 2

So she was in a wheelchair when she first came to crossfit because she used to do crossfit and she had a long time. I think she must have just had a long transplant, then come to crossfit, because she used to do crossfit and she had a long time. I think she must have just had a long transplant, then come to crossfit, got better. But her lung she's not in a wheelchair now. Yeah, she's not one of our members. She moved but she's still has problems with her lungs. It never goes away. It's not like you're going to get a new set of lungs and you're perfectly like yeah because that's not how it works.

Speaker 1

But, and also when this made this medication come out, there were some genotypes that for because cf is like there's so many different genotypes, like little ones and like um, some of them it just doesn't work with. So can you? Imagine being that person.

Speaker 1

Yeah, because yeah it's scary it is scary man and my sister's still scare you. Yeah, like I still think, now I look, now I don't I think when I yeah, like I still think, now I look and now I don't I think. When I was younger I thought about it a lot more. Now I'm, I'm like, not I'm. I'm pretty healthy now do you know?

Speaker 2

what I mean.

Speaker 1

Like I am pretty healthy. I've worked hard to do my fitness level and also with this medication and stuff like that, like I'm not, you know, and I sit at about sort of 78 to 82 for my lungs. My sister, we've gone've gone through, she's got 42% lungs. Oh, so she's got it. So yeah, so those were three girls and two of us have it, but she's, it's scary man yeah. Like I'm not going to lie. It's fucking scary Because I've like with social media.

Speaker 1

For me, if we're talking about your social media, like as in what you've achieved, for me it was the first time I started to talk to other people with cf, yeah, which is because I didn't know anyone, because we were kept, so like if you go for a clinic, you've got to sit separate, you've got to do something. You know, when I moved with my sister for like six months, they fuck it with it. They weren't happy with that because obviously we get different germs and different like things in our lungs and stuff, um. But yeah, social media was the first time I ever like really spoke to people and I started to. I didn't really take it on board because I found out when I was 18, so it was like I was already partying, I was already doing this I was already doing that.

Speaker 1

Um, but social media meant I actually spoke to people who had cf and like like three or four people have died since I've been talking to them and that's a fucking scary like yeah, because it's like that's the condition yeah, is there something that can make it worse.

Speaker 2

So obviously you're at 80, sorry, 82. Is there anything that?

Speaker 1

no, so basically it's just no, if I get a chest infection, all of that sort of stuff. And basically the only issue with this, with this um medication, is the fact it doesn't don't cough and you don't bring up any phlegm anymore. So they can't actually test what's in your lungs. If there's a bug in the lungs, you can't get that out, so they're not going to know. The only way they know is if you start getting sick.

Speaker 2

Right, okay.

Speaker 1

So I mean, it's just a life changer, this medication. Some people have made their lung function go up Me and my sister hasn't made our lung function, it's just a life changer this, this, this medication, and it's really my son.

Speaker 1

People have made their lung function go up um me and my sister hasn't made our lung funk, but my sister was having iv drugs every six months and she's now has them. She's I think the last time she had them was three years ago like it's fucking quite major, yeah, like you know, and she's got into climbing and whatnot and that's what's made her helped her yeah, you know but it's yeah it's always going to be there because, yeah, so you're always going to think about it, but now we both have like I'm not worrying about.

Speaker 1

When we first got people would die at 35. That's what I mean it's like and I'm like 44, so it's kind of like yeah my sister's 41, and do you know what I mean? Like that's a scary fucking thing. When you're like 19, 20 and you're like, oh, I'm gonna be dead at 35, like what yeah you know, but it's always.

Speaker 1

I mean you can. A child can be born now with cf and as soon as that I think it's seven years old they can have this medication. They can live a fucking perfectly healthy life and with not any. Yeah, not too many issues.

Speaker 2

Obviously you don't know, yeah, you know it's manage it yeah, that's, that's what it is.

Speaker 1

But you, you like, were saying to me that you were ill. You got ill like a couple, like last year or something, and whatnot.

Speaker 2

Yeah so two years ago I nearly died. It was. It was quite extreme. Um, my body was like really inflamed. All my fingers were like I couldn't use my fingers, couldn't get my rings on, I was all puffy and then I couldn't. I didn't have any memory. I didn't. I couldn't remember things, didn't know what day it was, didn't know who my husband was.

Speaker 2

Um, that's scary yeah and my blood and, like my husband, just thought I was just having weird days, um. And then I wasn't sleeping very well and then I started having seizures. We went to the hospital numerous times and they did your bloods and everything was fine. And then my heart.

Speaker 1

They were like oh, it's a virus, yeah, that's it. Oh, it's just a virus, it's all right.

Speaker 2

There's nothing in my bloods. Heart rate was high, but not abnormally high at that point, and then it was an extreme of 160 beats per minute. For a whole week I was lying on the floor with my feet in the air, red, hot, like just didn't know what to do. Went to a and e several times having fits, and they were like nothing's wrong, you just need to be, need to rest. And yeah, I just just need to rest, okay, um. But in the end we found out that I have like an autoimmune disease that was triggered by my tonsils, um, and I've had them taken out, so I'm I'm all good now, fingers crossed yeah, it was like I couldn't walk, I couldn't talk, I had no memory, didn't know anything.

Speaker 1

That's scary though isn't it, especially when you don't know. No one can give you any like idea as to why you're, why this is happening to you. Well the thing is the first.

Speaker 2

The first one was two, it was three years ago, sorry, and I had a flare up, but then they, the doctors, were like just rest, and it got better, and then it obviously hadn't gone away, because then I had another like turn when I got another infection and it just, yeah, I had wasn't responding to antibiotics and my body just went into like a bit of a didn't know what to do, it didn't know how to heal itself and then ended up in a wheelchair, like going from an athlete to a wheelchair for four months like a good athlete.

Speaker 2

a good athlete I had a heart because I thought there was something with my heart because my heart rate was really high. It was like 160, and it would go down to 120, or I'd go stand up and it would go back up to 160. My blood pressure was all over the place. So I had heart scans. I had a brain scan because I thought maybe something was growing, because I couldn't have any memory. Yeah, I had everything. Nothing was wrong until I went to a rheumatologist and they said I had reactive arthritis, which is an autoimmune disease. They gave me the right medication and within four weeks I'm back up, moving as if everything's normal, got my tonsils out and I feel 100 percent like that. And that's the thing. If I didn't go private, I would never have known that.

Sex, Swinging, and Personal Preferences

Speaker 2

everyone just kept fobbing me off, saying you need to go home and just would have become this ill person yeah, chronically ill like, yeah, and you're just like and the thing is now I know it sounds sad, but like because I was on my phone quite a lot looking at chronic illnesses. Now my instagram is flooded with people who are going through a very similar thing and a lot of people say it's from the jabs. Like the vaccines, it causes inflammation in your body and your body doesn't react to certain infections the way it used to so then it starts rejecting things and that's why I I think the inflammation just got.

Speaker 2

that's what an autoimmune disease is. It's inflammation in the body and it's where, where? Where is that inflammation?

Speaker 2

And mine was in my throat, because at night time I wasn't breathing properly, I was choking, I was like, felt like I was drowning Scary shit, man yeah it is scary, but then when nothing comes up as normal in your blood, it's how frustrating when you know everything in your body is telling you something is wrong. There had to be something wrong. Yeah, that's it. Something was wrong, it cost me 12 grand to find out like, but that well yeah, that's it like yeah, it's so, fingers crossed. Now I can go back to competing this is are you excited for that?

Speaker 2

I am excited, but I'm also scared that it could trigger me to get poorly, to get infections, to then go back to how I was. Does that make sense? Because I'm just scared it's going to cause.

Speaker 1

So I suppose you're going to have to train like a lot harder than you're training now.

Speaker 2

So for the last, when did I get my tonsils out? February, march, yeah, so for the last four weeks I've been training harder than I've trained for like two years and everything's fine Like my body.

Speaker 1

That's exciting years and everything's fine. Like my body, yeah that's it.

Speaker 2

I'm not getting the same reactions. I'm not getting poorly, I'm not getting tons of lights, I'm not getting infections, I'm not getting them. Seizures, I'm not getting like, yeah, so fingers crossed fingers crossed yeah, so yes, this year I'm starting to see.

Speaker 1

See you on your on your instagram, like when you're doing.

Speaker 2

I'm so excited like oh, just to be back on that competition floor again.

Speaker 1

I'm buzzing for it a whole different feeling, isn't that, I suppose, doing that do you get nervous?

Speaker 2

no, you don't no, I just I love it, you love it, I absolutely love it, like I love being out there. I just just it feels like the right place. So, yeah, and because I have confidence in my body and what I can do, there's no need to get nervous. No, because I know I can do it did you?

Speaker 1

when you, when you change your instagram quickly, like um, you know, like obviously your fit, you had this. It was kind of like fitness, wasn't it? So you were used to like filming yourself doing all that? Did you get any backlash when you suddenly become this like an adult, a sex worker, as they say?

Speaker 2

you know what I mean?

Speaker 1

yeah, like yeah did you get some backlash? Because yep so there's always been a backlash. Like you know, people look down on us and like, oh you know, did you have that?

Speaker 2

yeah, so when, obviously, with the gym um, I used to coach, and then when we come, back into everything, open back up and obviously a spicy creator. My classes were used to be filled up with men, women, and you notice that not many men would come to my classes anymore, and I would wonder why.

Speaker 2

If it's because the buyers didn't want them going or it would make them feel uncomfortable you were actually now gonna like start yeah and I know that there was um, I know that there was some whatsapp groups going around where people had obviously bought my things and were then passed it around, so things were being seen. I don't know if people were embarrassed or whatever. Um, so yeah, my husband then took, took me away from all of it because he just thought that's the best thing for the gym, for the members, because we didn't want to have that stigma um but three, four years later. Now it's there's now.

Speaker 2

Everyone's calmed down on it I think that's what it is now. The first shock horror.

Speaker 1

Oh my god, oh my god.

Speaker 2

And then like now it's like all calmed down, so it's kind of going back to normal yeah exactly that and I think there was a lot of hate with the money, because I think people saw that I changed my car and I was going on fancy holidays and buying nice things and but then jealousy a little bit.

Speaker 2

Maybe, and maybe I shouldn't put it out there that I was doing x, y and z on my Instagram. I get that, but I was like I've never made this amount of money before. Then I'm going to do what.

Speaker 1

I want to do you're proud of it exactly like.

Speaker 2

I'm proud of what I've achieved and you're proud of how you look.

Speaker 1

You're proud of what you've achieved, you know. So that's it. Why not?

Speaker 2

and now everything has calmed down and, yeah, the the money that we do make, we reinvest it into making our future better. So, because I'm not going to be doing this forever, I understand that. No, no, no.

Speaker 1

But at the end of the day you guys have got what you want to do with the gyms and stuff isn't it, you just adapt yeah, so okay. So I'm gonna ask you some kind of normal. I've put normal questions here because this is like the old school, like old school porny podcasty thing um, did you like to experiment with different sexual things? Well, you obviously did, because you were. You were um like swingers, yeah, together. So you experimented doing other things like that, you know yeah, we had friends around.

Speaker 2

That's how. So how it started. We had friends around for dinner and then it got a bit naughty, like we started just taking our clothes off and then we just swapped partners and started having sex with each other. That's how it got started. We didn't know.

Speaker 1

We liked it, yeah um, did you ever have any jealousy when you were doing that, or not? Or not? No?

Speaker 2

no, I think, because we come from relationships that were just non-sexual yeah or so my husband was with someone else and then I was with someone else. That weren't very sexual. So, like I don't know, there was no jealousy. No, no yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1

And is your home sex different to your porn sex?

Speaker 2

yeah, there's work sex and there's sex sex like love making. I've always found it really hard to make content with my husband. I don't do it anymore because the first year we did it was me and him and just me. Um, it just gets in the way. It's like making you sure you've got the angles right rather than just paying attention to each other. Um, it's very different it's very different.

Speaker 2

So I stopped. We stopped making content together like that because it just didn't work, unless Unless we were doing swinging, then it obviously worked. But yeah, there's definitely work sex and love sex.

Speaker 1

Yeah, if you could only have one sex position for the rest of your life, what would it be? I need a sex act and then I need a position.

Speaker 2

A position with the man laying down me on top, facing away, but me leant back. Okay, yeah, that position. I do like that position. I hold myself up and then they're just fucking pounding me Bounce, yeah, yeah, oh yeah, do you bounce or do they pound?

Speaker 1

No, they pound.

Speaker 2

Well, I can bounce, but I'd rather them be pounding while I just hold myself up.

Speaker 1

Can you? You know, when you get on top of someone, can you do reverse cowgirl, like really well, or like can you bounce up and down and like do it for a while, or not? Oh, my legs they burn. Yeah, that's what I mean, because like you're squatting and like you squat good about a weight.

Speaker 2

Yeah, but it's different, isn't?

Speaker 1

it. They literally the lactic in my quads.

Speaker 2

My husband's always like why are you burning so?

Speaker 1

much. I'm like I don't know. Yeah, it's different, yeah time under tension like, and I've got more muscle, more lactic? No, absolutely not um, where do you? What sex act would you have then, if you could only have one sex act, one sex?

Speaker 2

act, yeah, oh, oh, that's what like clit stimulation, yeah, like blowjobs, pussy eating, sex, actual penetrative sex kissing like that, lick my pussy and my clit like just all day long just keep going, yeah do you like fingers and not just not really.

Speaker 1

I'd rather I'm not saying I don't like penetration yeah but I prefer no, yeah, not fingers, I'd like to just be like strummed so if you had to choose between cock sucking and that, you'd totally get your pussy licked.

Speaker 2

Yeah, yeah yeah, I think actually saying that every time. So since having the tonsils out, I've not sucked dick oh, I've been up.

Speaker 1

No, I'm not, even my husband, he's gonna go mad yeah um, especially tomorrow I just thought I'm gonna fuck me, I'm gonna have to go home and suck my husband's dick.

Speaker 2

Damn it. Because reason being every time I suck dick I used to get tonsillitis, which didn't work well with the job, because then I'd get an infection and it was just like every six weeks. I'd just, it would just, I'm just. Why didn't they take your tonsils out before? Because you have to have it nine times in a year, oh my god, yeah, exactly this is what I mean. And it got to the point where I wasn't responding to antibiotics and on a drip, so you basically just had tonsillitis the whole fucking time.

Speaker 2

Yeah and like, yeah and that's why I just avoided sucking dick, and obviously in the industry it's very hard not to do that.

Speaker 1

So yeah, yeah um, so yeah. So now's the test yeah, I've got no tonsils and I'm fine, yeah, so, uh, um, what, what's your favorite body part? On a man on On you, oh on me.

Speaker 2

My legs, I think my legs. You have got good legs yeah, my quads, my calves, yeah, legs.

Speaker 1

What about on a man? On a man. Oh, I couldn't, I couldn't, I don't think I could choose at one. I'm just, yeah, I'm just thinking like I'm, I'm not really fussy I know it sounds bad, but I'm not actually that fussy there's not anything that you're like oh, I have to have this or no.

Speaker 2

I just like a guy that looks like looks after themselves tattoos.

Speaker 1

I like a bald guy yeah, like a rough, rugged kind of look like tattoos for me.

Speaker 2

Yeah, oh, yeah, tattoos beard, yeah, that's yeah there's no like I don't need a guy that's got biceps, abs or anything like that they're just a perk if they're there yeah, yeah do you think that working in the sex industry has given you more body confidence?

Speaker 1

no you had your confidence before, didn't you? We've got like doing what you were doing with the like the crossfit, yeah I think, if anything, it made me worse because I got my teeth done.

Speaker 2

Um, I started having botox and, yeah, just being on camera you're just more aware of your angles. And now I'm like I want a nose job but I know it will affect my fitness so I'm putting it off so yeah, it's just bad really. It makes you more aware of everything and like your hair and what you do. Yeah, yeah, no, no, no I'd say. If anything, it's maybe worse.

Speaker 1

If you were on a desert island, what three things would you take my?

Speaker 2

dogs, oh, you say three, we'd have to have four things. Then I was about to say four things. Four dogs, yeah, but the husband can sit at home. That's all you need. Yeah, just the dogs.

Speaker 1

Okay, I've got some this and that questions. Are you ready? Yeah, to your coffee, coffee, take away a home-cooked meal. Oh, oh, that's a difficult one. That's really hard. Home-cooked by me yeah, do you like?

Speaker 2

I like, I'm really meat, just meat. I'm a meat and cheese vegetables no, I fucking hate vegetables.

Speaker 1

Yeah, I can't stand it, so yeah, I just literally have to take supplements, then if you don't or do you eat, do you eat vegetables because you have to eat?

Speaker 2

I don't eat vegetables I just eat meat, I eat meat cheese, eggs, raw milk, milk and avocados yeah, sounds quite good. Oh, and eggs. They'll say eggs. Literally six ingredients, that's all I eat.

Speaker 1

It's not like eating a burger. What's your favourite way to have eggs?

Speaker 2

Scrambled In a pan. You can't put them in a microwave.

Speaker 1

You'll scramble it in a pan. What? Oh wait, a minute Reading or movies, movies reading, or movies reading, or reading what it's?

Speaker 2

because I'm uh, my mouth is going away. You know what I'm gonna say reading because, well, last year, obviously, when I was so poorly I was in bed, I went for a book every three days and I literally got the bug, because it was the only time I switched off from my phone and the world and it made me feel happy reading I can't. If I'm putting a movie on, I'm on my phone, I'm thinking about something else and yeah what?

Speaker 1

kind of books you like to read love stories. Oh, you're like a romantic. Yeah, like it's weird, do you read it like where it's love stories just, but it's always they're very like sexual like sex in there.

Speaker 2

Yeah, there's sex in there as well.

Speaker 1

I've never read one of those you know you need to. I was watching this thing and it was basically this woman got addicted to like love stories like that and she just had to have them. And I was like I've never actually read one and I was like I've never actually read one.

Speaker 2

You need to read them.

Speaker 1

Does it get you horny or?

Speaker 2

not? No, I don't think. No, it doesn't make you horny, it's just quite. It's like a nice. I don't know, you're just like, it's like you're a voyeur.

Speaker 1

Yeah, a voyeur. Yeah, you're like Liz watching. Yeah, basically, do you like to be watched?

Speaker 2

Yeah, I like two watches, are they? Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1

I like both of those as well. Okay, actually I was saying that what gets you horny, like not porn sex, not anything. What gets you, what makes you?

Speaker 2

horny. I just I just do. You know what it's like maybe. So I said to my husband if you just come home one day and I don't, want to look at you just open the door if I can pull my pants down and just fuck me there, and then you could be anyone and then just walk off. Leave me Like that. That that Keep me horny, like Thinking about it Instant yeah.

Speaker 1

Is there a thing that you could do in sex where you know like, yeah, is there a thing? Is there a thing that you could do in sex where you know, like, sometimes, sometimes your husband's like horny and you're not really, and you're like, is there something that he can do that If he did that, then you'd be well horny, but like, is there something that can that he can do to know that it can make you into the right mood, like my husband, if I'm fit, I'm like, oh yeah, right, yeah, if he comes in and just chokes me, oh yeah.

Speaker 2

I'm like yeah.

Speaker 1

I'm like I'm quite bad because, like I'm not make sure you do the choking correctly just with the blood. I'm like no, just just cut it off oh my God, I, I have my thing is breath play like that.

Speaker 2

that cuts off everything I'm thinking about and like it's been right there in the moment and like oh mine's more, I think, more to do with the ears hair pulling and ears like as in, like breathing in your ears and just like licking and biting and pulling your hair, just being like that.

Speaker 1

Yeah, okay, yeah okay, I'm going back to my this and that questions because I I seen that I was like I'm oh, I'm going to ask that Pepsi or Coke.

Speaker 2

None.

Speaker 1

It's really annoying. This sofa isn't?

Speaker 2

it, I'm not falling off.

Speaker 1

It's like pulling. I know it's like come on, get on there.

Speaker 2

That's like a cramp in my leg. I don't like any. I don't drink them no. Fizzy drinks no, I don't drink them, no Fizzy drinks. No, if I have a fizzy drink, it'd be a lemonade.

Speaker 1

But it's very rare.

Speaker 2

I'm usually a juice drinker Sugar-free Sprite.

Speaker 1

That's me no it's full sugar. Fucking full sugar Buzzing.

Speaker 2

That's like my buzz.

Speaker 1

Yeah, dog or cat Dog, of course. Yeah, netflix or Instagram. Instagram Swimming or sunbathing.

Speaker 2

Oh, the old me would have said sunbathing.

Speaker 1

But now it's swimming Cake or pie Cake, bath or shower, shower, winter or summer.

Speaker 2

Summer. Text message or phone call None of them.

Speaker 1

Video call Meat or veg Meat, playstation or Xbox, xbox oh, I'm not a gamer.

Speaker 2

okay, amusement park or day at the beach, beach, uh, comedy or horror comedy uh, spit or swallow, oh, oh so I would say um, before I obviously got poorly and stuff it would have been spit, but I think now I will like swallow.

Speaker 1

No, no, no, it can't make me ill. No, it can't make me poorly. Facial or cream pie.

Speaker 2

A facial.

Speaker 1

Butt sex or pussy sex, pussy you don't do, anal sex do you.

Speaker 2

I did it once, once, and that video still sells, for three years ago. That's because, like it's a one-off.

Speaker 1

That's what I mean. You don't like anal sex?

Speaker 2

no, I've tried the fucking solos. I've done solos years. I just can't do it now I it hurts so much that I do not get any enjoyment. Yeah, if you've got any tips please.

Speaker 1

Well, it's all about relaxing your, relaxing your brain. Like relax, being relaxed, like definitely like no, but like yeah it's all. It's all about your brain for that my brain's too. Fucking yeah, you'll be like I think, if you don't like it, you don't. You don't even like the, really like the thought of it, like it's just not gonna.

Speaker 2

I just think because your butthole is going, so your butthole is like so I squat a lot and I just think if I squatted after having my butt pounded, I just the earth will fall out oh yeah, why do I want to loosen that area up?

Speaker 1

I need that tight otherwise I'm gonna not be able to I can't wait till you complete morning. I can be like I couldn't see it do you? Know what I mean.

Speaker 2

It'd be fucking amazing um pussy licked or giving a bjo do you know what I do like giving a blowjob and I think I need to now. I'm now. You've got me thinking I need to go home and give my husband a blowjob because it's been so long.

Speaker 1

He's probably thinking fucking hell so I'm going to say rough sex or slow and sensual it depends what mood rough bed, sex or any room but the bedroom bed sex quickie or an hour of sex oh, quickie fucking hell.

Speaker 2

Are you joking?

Speaker 1

I've got too much shit to do fucking hell get off me.

Speaker 2

You. Me using all my energy burning my calories, yeah lights on or lights off lights on uh, sex outside, yes or no?

Speaker 1

yeah, uh, threesome with guy and girl, or two guys oh, my best videos, I mean with two guys.

Speaker 2

Oh my god, they've been so good, they sell so well and they've been so much fun.

Speaker 1

And the guys I work with they're just brilliant how do you choose your um, your people that you work with, like people you shoot with?

Speaker 2

me and my husband will do research and, um, I'll have a look at what other girls have been working with, like other muscle girls and stuff and get some good feedback. There's a few guys.

Speaker 2

I don't know if you ever heard of juicy santa older guy yeah yeah, brilliant to work with and then he knows a couple of other muscle guys that I've worked with a few times, um, so I think I'm still going to stick with them because they're really good guys. Um, but yeah, you have to vet. You have to vet the guys it's very different, isn't it?

Speaker 1

it's not like a porn, a porn set, where you go on set and you've got loads of other people there like you could be turning up to one person, one guy in a house yeah, or in a flat or wherever it is and like you don't know who.

Speaker 2

You yeah, you don't know who, but my husband comes with me, with them, and he will film. So it can be a bit weird, but they everyone, just yeah it's a job it's a job, isn't it?

Speaker 1

it's not like and if it is weird and they don't like it, but then they're there.

Speaker 2

They're not actually there for, yeah, exactly reasons yeah, that's it and it has been quite funny because, like when we've when I've done two guys like they're just trying to make me sick, yeah, and then like if I'm sitting on one guy and one's got his dick in my mouth, like they're just trying to make me sick, yeah, and then puke, like if I'm sitting on one guy and one's got his dick in my mouth, like they're just trying to make me sick on that man, like it's actually quite funny, they're just having a laugh, it is funny, but it's not. But yes, I would say to you guys, it is fun, I do yeah.

Speaker 2

I just like to be pulled around like a rag doll. Rough sex, then? Yes, what kind of rough sex do you like? What is it? Just hard and nasty, shagging, hair pulling. I don't like doggy actually, because my pelvis is tilted so it can just hit my wall rather than actually, but I do like being throat fucked, hair pulling, thrown around yeah, so tomorrow, because we haven't shot any sex?

Speaker 1

no, no, not yet. So tomorrow can you and I do a scene and we're like and I like to dom? I don't know, I'm not like. I like to dom. Yeah, I like to dom For women. I'm a bit more dominant.

Speaker 2

Okay, you dom me, I'll be a sub.

Speaker 1

But to be honest with you, I quite like it when, when there's like I'm a bit dominant, but then you can come back and like, oh, yeah, yeah. So it's like a bit of yeah, like back and forth kind of thing, because, um, I think actually I I've done a few scenes where the girls went, oh yeah, I dominate today, and then they're just, it's just not happening I'm not a natural dom okay, yeah yeah.

Speaker 2

So I've had a few guys ask me oh, can you don me like, hit, peg them and stuff like that I've never done that on my own. I'd need someone to do it with me have you done any pegging stuff? No, no, because I'm a bit like, I'm not that dominant. I need someone to hold my hand and teach me.

Speaker 1

I say teach me, but I think it would make a great video, to be fair.

Speaker 2

But it teach me.

Speaker 1

But you know a guy I think it'd make a great video, to be fair, um, but it's finding the right person to shoot. Wow, oh, are you that girl? Oh, wow, if you want to do any pegging and stuff, yeah, like, because I did um, I've only only started doing pegging this, like last year, um, I was doing it with a um, a sub, um, I really want to find a guy that's into it so he has a hard dick that we're fucking. I don't work with other guys so I'm not going to do anything, but I would love to do a scene where it's like it's a three way but it's kind of like we'll both peg him but then you can fuck him. You know what I mean. So I don't want to touch him, but because the guys they weren't pegging scenes that I've done, he's been very like subbed didn't have a hard clock, they shot really well so.

Speaker 1

I was a dom, but I'm yeah, there's a difference people want to see a guy hard as fuck.

Speaker 2

Yeah, so we need to find them. Yeah, they're hard to find.

Speaker 1

Yeah, they're hard to find, yeah, there's a couple out there, but obviously, a bit like you, I got to vet them, got to make sure, because I don't do very well with like arrogant, you know, like that it's got to be the right person because otherwise I'm like ooh you know, yeah, that's it. But they sold really, really well. But, like now, I've done five scenes. I've done two, three, two scenes on my own and three scenes with another girl, um, but I need to find someone that's enjoying it.

Speaker 2

Yeah, looks like he's enjoying it. Do you know what I mean? And then you can teach me? Yeah.

Speaker 1

But I'd love to do that.

Speaker 2

Yeah, that'd be wicked. That is such a good shoot.
