Welcome back to the Pod!

Today's episode is a discussion about whether or not we are able to change ourselves. Are we able to decide that we would like something better for our marriage and then make it happen?

I tend to believe  the same knowledge that Gary Vee spits, "If you see someone who looks like you who has what you want then you don't have an excuse"!

This does mean you will have to put in the work. You will have to make a decision and act on it.

Where do you start? In my mind the answer is simple in that you must first look in the mirror and take ownership of why you are where you are and then make the choice to move forward. Your steps may be small at first or they may be in the wrong direction but this does not mean that you cannot recover and get back to the path.
