In our milestone 50th episode, I converse with Esther Deutsch, Operations Manager at RCS Professional Services. Before joining RCS 6 years ago, Esther acted as a social worker. She has a BA in Business from Bellevue University and as Masters in Social Work from Fordham University. In addition to doing Operations at RCS, she does a lot of charity work and hosts networking events. We discuss the importance of planning ahead in chess and IT, Phish networking events, ways to stay productive during the Covid-19 Pandemic and more.
