Karen is a Nurse Practitioner and Holistic Nurse coach

Karen started out in the Paediatric ICU then 4years later went back to University to obtain her Nurse Practitioners degree where she worked within Paediatric ER and went into paediatric mental health - This is an area that led Karen into Nurse coaching.

Karen is now seeking to expand her health coaching business into the Adult mental health space specifically helping women of colour to heal their intergenerational emotional wounds and traumas. Karen is a Bolivian born Latina woman who grew up and lives in Florida USA. Her work sounds amazing!
