How a Burnt out Teacher decided to help other teachers to NOT Burnout

Elaine hails from Texas USA. Elaine is a teacher, though she isn’t currently working within the education system. She HAS pivoted her teaching skills toward helping relieve burnout for her fellow teachers.

A health scare where her father was diagnosed with cancer sparked a life changing decision for Elaine to “wake up” and really appreciate life. She knew the excessive how’s teaching required her to do, her inability to say no and many other things has seen Elaine start her own business where she is studying health and plans to coach current and emerging teachers to NOT burnout or at least find ways to cope with the stress teaching places on you.
