During the time we spend together here in the Strip Down 2 Love Podcast I will discuss and share elements that have the ability to cultivate love. Each element that we discuss is an important ingredient in creating a fruitful daily journey and in broader perspective a rewarding and prosperous life. In this episode we talk about nurturing darkness and how our darkness plays a special role in our growth. Darkness serves a purpose until it doesn't anymore and when it doesn't serve a purpose we are finally ready to dive back into it and look at it through a loving lens.
If we continue to deny our not so pretty sides, we will always be denying ourselves and therefore doing ourselves a disservice.
