It is 6.07 on the Liz Callaway Show with next summers. Welcome to your Friday. Nikki. Did I print out the flow sheet?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, probably, but we were busy doing that for like 20 minutes. Okay. So do you want to just kind of talk amongst yourself?
SPEAKER_06Yes, I will freewheel. I will ruminate. I'll be right back. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05I might make a little stop somewhere to pick up an extra case of tequila because we're already running low.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, look at that. All right. I am uh, hey, we got a lot of things going on here. First of all, uh I wanted to talk about this weather. So uh Nick mentioned it. We are we are out of practice for rain. So just beware. Uh and I, you know, as they say, you know, the rain is um uh gonna be, you know, very causing some localized flooding is gonna be very heavy. Um and I guess the ground is so dry, it can't absorb it like all at once. So a flood watch is out through, wait, a flood watch is out, what does that mean? Is on. Um, what does out mean? Floodwatch.
SPEAKER_05Well, it's outside. You don't have a floodwatch in your living room.
SPEAKER_06I'm reading it verbatim. It doesn't make sense. I hate it when that happens to me. It happens all the time. Okay. A flood watch is in effect through today into early Saturday, and this includes everyone in this area. Everyone. Uh rainfall totals of two to four inches are expected in stronger storms today. And um let me just say today. Um, and leading to localized flash flooding, isolated amounts of five inches or more cannot be ruled out.
SPEAKER_05Up to six inches in some spots.
SPEAKER_06So right now we have a 30 to 40 percent chance of rain, but tonight, Nikki, during our party, we have an 80% chance of rain.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_06So take it easy on the home. If you're driving um to the party tonight, just be careful. Um, but uh I hope you do come. Um so please, um I wish our showers would just wait a couple more hours. I mean, you're already like six months late. Can you wait a couple hours? Um, but no. So uh it might be raining when you come to the uh Conway Ford Talk Llama Lodge event. Well, it's inside sponsored by yes. Oh, that was fine. Uh presented by HTC. We're giving away an HTC iPad tonight. We're collecting sneakers and backpacks. It's happening 5 to 7, and we're gonna be drawing doing the drawing around uh 640-ish tonight. So we hope to see you there and just drive careful, but be prepared that um Saturday morning uh heavy rain does not end the potential. The latest model data is um that there will be numerous rounds of showers and storms, and the flood watch may be extended throughout Saturday if the data holds. So Saturday it says expect a wet day. If you have any outdoor plans, expect to move them indoors. There'll be breaks of rain throughout the day, and temperatures will rise to the mid-80s on and off. There will be rain and uh by Sunday there'll be maybe a few lingering showers, but brighter skies and sunshine in the afternoon. So Sunday is your better day according to this report. Um, hey, listen, don't be mad at the messenger. I uh I don't know if all of it will be totally accurate, but they are the first alert weather team, and they're known for their accuracy.
SPEAKER_05This is true.
SPEAKER_06Um, so yeah, so the rain is um supposed to really get heavy around um or the chances start really climbing around one o'clock today. So uh yeah, just in time for the party. Okay. I also wanted to let you know uh that we are looking at um some horrific news, more and more horrific news coming out of the Pauli's Island Community Church. Some of it is um on social media by someone who uh does these types of, you know investigative work. And I don't know if they're helping or slowing down investigation, but I'm sure the investigators it listen, if there is something that you know definitively or have experienced definitively, that you know that your child you maybe had a conversation, just go to the police. You don't have to go to the social media people. Um, but there are like lots of investigator types out there that are sleuthing online and sometimes they just cause more division in communities than it's worth, you know, because I I just don't know what if people are just making stuff up or if these people are, you know, going for the clicks and the likes and the follows and the monetization, you know, everything is motivated by money and I don't know, people love this type of stuff.
SPEAKER_05Everything you just mentioned is always in play.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, so all of it's in play. So I don't know. Um, but the guy that you know keeps coming across my path seemed to be very accurate with the whole Micah Miller, JP Miller solid rock church saga because it was confirmed by many people that went there to the church.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, he posted a three and a half minute video on X. I don't follow him on his other channels, but not on X I do.
SPEAKER_06Who, Robbie Harvey?
SPEAKER_05Robbie Harvey.
SPEAKER_06Did you just start following him or is that from the Micah Miller?
SPEAKER_05Just now.
SPEAKER_06Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Because I figure it's a good way to keep an eye on, you know.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, so he didn't actually say what was in the uh lawsuit, but he posted a screenshot of it, and it is horrific. Um and so they're in the lawsuit, it claims, because the media didn't print it either, and I don't know why.
SPEAKER_05Well, BTW's whole thing was it was too graphic in nature. That's what they said. So they did not print the details of that were in the report.
SPEAKER_06I mean, just print the report. You don't have to print, you don't have to write the words, just print the report. I mean, it's public knowledge.
SPEAKER_05Screen making it you mean screenshot the yeah, yeah. Well they do that for other things when there's lawsuits, they just screenshot it and throw it up on their site.
SPEAKER_06We we have read many horrific stories of things.
SPEAKER_05I I don't know, I don't want to read it.
SPEAKER_06But um basically it was him trying to gain entry into a child's body, um, either attempted or actually did. That's the wording is weird to me, so I don't know. I guess whether attempted or not it is successful, it doesn't matter. That's what I get from it. That's what I gather. Whether you attempt it or actually do it, it's still the same crime. Um and so if that's true, then yeah, I don't know how you prove that kind of stuff. I don't know. I mean, if it's far away in time, it's not like you can do a rape kit.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, there's not much for physical evidence. It does basically basically boil down to who's the most credible. Is it the already convicted perv or is it the children? Yeah, I don't know. And are the children being propped up and coached and you know, we've seen that happen. Let's be honest. I'm not saying that's even close to what's going on here. I'm just saying we've seen it. So there's always questions.
SPEAKER_06Well, I'm guessing if there are criminal charges, the children's recovery center will get become involved because that's what they do. Uh, they are the ones that help um the child express themselves and it's done on video camera and in a room with professionals so that the child doesn't have to keep repeating their story or do it in person.
SPEAKER_05Right. Um, and so there are people that know how to get what happened out of the kids without it being as traumatic in an admissible way. Right, and and to get to the truth. And generally in those situations, the kids just spell it and they say what they know and and describe it in their own words. They don't have the frame of references that we're able to tap into when we're describing a story. They just say what they know and how they're well.
SPEAKER_06They usually use like stuffed animals and dolls, exactly, yes. And they use things like that. But you know, um I just cannot believe we're we're talking about this. So it's very disturbing, and people are like, What's wrong with the churches in South Carolina? And I'm sure this goes on all over the country, but for some reason now we have this story. Uh and I I really I guess we're just gonna have to wait for the cases to unfold and prosecution to do their job and do investigators do their due diligence. They just better not screw it up.
SPEAKER_15Yeah.
SPEAKER_06And I think it's a very I I think it's gone on for years, right? How long has it gone on for? Six years?
SPEAKER_05Uh yeah, I think we're in the sixth year. Almost six years. I mean Since he was allowed on the process.
SPEAKER_06And there was some kind of report of what happened in 2022. That a child reported something. And it never result it didn't result in him. It was kind of like, oh, what what happened with that? I can't remember now. Um do you remember that?
SPEAKER_05Uh no. I know that you know, some of these allegations go back two, three, four years. Why didn't the parents go to the police then is the question on the text line.
SPEAKER_06No, I I think they they did. Okay. Um, and an alleged abuse occurred. Okay. Oh can you believe this? ChatGPT won't Right.
SPEAKER_05It's too sensitive in nature. They yeah, I know.
SPEAKER_06It started to tell me. Um but then it censored itself. Yeah, then it censored itself. 22 Um Poly's Island community. I because I remember reading it in an article. Sex abuse claim. And is something was a kind of a parent reported sex abuse of a child at a poly at that Pauli's Island church in 2022, four years before this happened, okay? Um and this is the one that I'm talking about. What the complaint is one of multiple that have been filed against the church after the sheriff's office announced that they he was arrested just this July. In uh little over a week, blah blah blah, okay, Jenny Williams. Um it says here Georgetown County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Heather Pelham told the Sun News that the alleged sexual assault was investigated in 2022 after they received a complaint from a concerned citizen who told them that Perry had been allowed to be around children despite being a registered sex offender. How's that possible? So that's why people are calling for his resignation. And it said nothing of evidentiary value was shared during forensic oh, here here you go, Children's Recovery Center interviews to allow us to secure a search warrant. So they did use children's recovery center.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_06Pelham wrote that in a statement. However, added an abundance of caution, this case is being reviewed and included in the current investigation into the Polys Island Community Church. So what they did was they said there was a complaint from a concerned citizen that this sex offender was allowed to be around children. That alone should have led to what's happening now, right? Correct. Okay. Then you and the and the reason why this happened was because there was an alleged sexual assault in 2022.
SPEAKER_05And probation and parole, whoever takes care of that still didn't visit the scene and say, oh, well, there's a school right there. He cannot be on the ground.
SPEAKER_06So there are two things going on here. Whether or not that child was in fact sexually assaulted, and what and is that sex offender having access to children? These are two separate things.
SPEAKER_05The fact that it even came to light, or the fact that there were any allegations whatsoever should have been removed. Get in your car, take a drive, and see where this individual is quote unquote volunteering or working. Noticed school off to your left or right, depending where you stand. Huh. Maybe he needs to be yanked and violated.
SPEAKER_06I have to I I I I believe that parent then left the church, pulled the kid out of the school. Um even though that the children's recovery center process did not show any evidentiary. So we just learned that now. I I didn't realize that. Uh this story is more comprehensive here in the Sun News.
SPEAKER_15Okay.
SPEAKER_06Uh, four lawsuits have been filed since Perry was first arrested, all claiming the church and its leaders compromise the safety of their children. Okay, I get that part. Um, but the first one accuses Perry of actually sexually assaulting her child at the church. Now, as of now or two days ago, Perry has not been charged with sexual assault. In 2023, he was required to register on South Carolina's sex offender registry after he was convicted of that. So he wasn't convicted until 2023, and this sexual assault allegedly happened in 2022. So technically, he wasn't a convicted sex offender for the crime he committed in 2020.
SPEAKER_05I I understand that.
SPEAKER_06Okay, so after 2023.
SPEAKER_05In let's just say 2024. How is he even still there? After all that, everything you just did, this little mini timeline you just illustrated for us, how was he still there even? I'll even give them, you know, a few months leeway here. Past post-2024, he never should have been on the grounds. Yet here we are.
SPEAKER_06So a five-year-old told his parents that he encountered a man in at the school with white hair who wanted him to play a game that included sex uh sexual acts. And it says here that the the school um leader said nothing like that ever happened in the school and said that the child was probably making it up. And I don't know how you determine that, but that parent removed their child and reported the abuse to law enforcement. So when there's a lot of smoke, I just have to say, around a sex offender, then there must be fire. I'm just guessing. Uh the email alleged that a sexual assault may have occurred at the daycare located at the Pauli's Island Christian Academy back in August of 2022. And um let's see. He was not a classified sex offender until 2023. So I guess it's okay.
SPEAKER_05Give me a break.
SPEAKER_06These people.
SPEAKER_15Right.
SPEAKER_06It's like okay. 624, let's take a break.

Um so we'll talk more about that later. All right, and uh, you know, we'll be announcing our winner of the um Circle Kas car giveaway just right now. Oh, we're gonna do it now? Well, yeah, because Circle K.
SPEAKER_05Ah no!
SPEAKER_06Oh that wasn't it.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I know.
SPEAKER_06I don't know what happened to my what happened to my drum roll, please!
SPEAKER_05There we go.
SPEAKER_06So, Nikki, I told you to pick a number between one and one eighty-nine.
SPEAKER_05Ask me to remember the number. I did say it. It's on the uh the live thing, the reshow thing. I forgot what you said too.
SPEAKER_06I think it was 76. Oh, yeah, you know what it was because of? 1776? Thank you. And the winner is Julie Harrington! You forgot the other half. Julie Harrington. Oh, we gotta practice that more.
SPEAKER_05There's like so many buttons. I'm all confused. Dealing with other things.
SPEAKER_06So Circle K has this great promotion where we give away a $100 gas card every Friday morning to a lucky winner who goes into Circle K and scans the QR code. You can do that twice a day, every day, in any Oreo or Georgetown County, Circle K gas station, convenience store. You gotta go inside, scan it. You can um then um, you know, hope and pray that you will win. But here's the thing if you didn't win this week, there is a second chance drawing for all of your entries this past week. All of the entries from May through the end of August will be thrown in a hat, and we will draw a grand prize um winner.
SPEAKER_05That's right. We do that. Uh the whole thing will end at the last day of August. We'll get all those things together, and then coming up on September 2nd, we will announce live on air the grand prize winner gas for a year. But you gotta get in there, get in to win, uh, as they say. And the more you visit, the more chances, because you got, like you said, up to two times per day to uh scan that code and enter. And you can just go to their website, circlek.com, find out on a location nearest you. There's plenty. And also don't forget to download that app and become a member of the Inner Circle. Uh Julie has just responded, our winner this week. Are you ready for this? What? She was born in 76.
SPEAKER_06Oh, that's wild!
SPEAKER_05Her number is 76, and she won.
SPEAKER_06That's so cool. I know. All right, so uh someone's gonna email you and uh give you all the explanation. There you go. Congratulations. And thank you for the sneakers. Because you said she sent she's the one who sent those sneakers.
SPEAKER_05And more coming tomorrow. There was like a delay. So they're there they'll be coming. Awesome. Right, right, right.
SPEAKER_06Well, thank you. Yeah, I'll bring them tonight. And uh I'll see you all tonight at Conway Ford. See how that's full circle K? That's full circle K right there. Full circle K.
SPEAKER_05I see. That's some Jedi mind tricks, let me tell you.
SPEAKER_06I am telling you, you can't make that up. She's born in 76. Uh-huh. She's giving more uh sneakers for tonight. Right. And she was number 76. She's number 76. And what was the other thing? I just mentioned it. I'm too tired.
SPEAKER_05Full circle K.
SPEAKER_06That's all I know. Moving on.
SPEAKER_04This is the Liz Callaway Show with Nick Summers back in a bit.
SPEAKER_05I'm still arguing with this thing, so Angie Knight.
SPEAKER_06She is working hard on my real estate closing. Actually, her team is Samantha and uh I think it's Alicia. And so they're so great. They're so responsive, um, easy to communicate with. That's what I love about it. And you know what that means the most to me is when a business responds and communicates. It's awesome and makes all the difference in your experience, right? Because you just feel like you're tended to. Well, that's what the Grand Strand Law Group is all about, but not just real estate closings, estate planning and probate, business law. I mean, if you're looking to open a business, they could do the whole process for you, make sure it's done right, create a legacy plan. If you're going into partnership with someone, making sure everyone has access to everything they need. God forbid something happens to you. And that's the same with your life and estate planning, too. Um, and if you have a child that's heading off to school in August, you're gonna want to get that um power of attorney in place. God forbid you ever have to act for them. Uh, you should have that in place so you don't have any issues dealing with the school or, God forbid, a hospital or something. Yes, it could happen. Go to GrandstrandLawgroup.com.

SPEAKER_09From the WNBF Newsroom, I'm Lauren Korn. A singing suspect is staying behind bars after a public parking lot shooting in Myrtle Beach. A judge denied bond for Kevin McCoy on Thursday. The April shooting stemmed from a fight between McCoy and his passenger at the North Kings Highway location. McCoy allegedly fired multiple times through his window as his passenger tried walking away, leaving him permanently injured. Comp say McCoy later got caught on camera singing about his crime while being questioned. The judge called McCoy a danger to the community and pushed to speed up a hearing to decide if he's fit to stand trial. One person is hurt after a shooting at a Carolina Forest Department complex. It happened around 6 30 Thursday night at the Laurent on Village Center Boulevard. Residents heard several pops before seeing a swarm of cops arrive. The victim is expected to be okay. SPEAKER_05You know what? We didn't even ask for permission to do this. We'll just apologize later.
SPEAKER_06Right! Oh, I'm sorry for being successful and innovative. No one pays attention to us.
SPEAKER_08I know.
SPEAKER_06You know, we're doing this for over seven years now, and they're like, whatever. That's what's happening. Um, okay. Do you have that Epstein update?
SPEAKER_05Oh, you mean the uh the sounder? Yeah. Oh, I didn't know we were doing that right now. Well, I might as well. Okay, fine. You know, do we need to change this or do we are we keeping it what it's the same. Are you sure? Yeah, it's true.
SPEAKER_04Time for an Epstein didn't kill himself update with Liz and Nick on Talk 94.5.
SPEAKER_05Are we sure he didn't kill himself?
SPEAKER_06Well, I don't know if this guy killed himself. Okay. A French model scout who arranged for models to meet Jeffrey Epstein has been found dead in his suburban Paris home. An autopsy is expected to determine how Daniel Siad. Siad?
SPEAKER_05Said, uh Said.
SPEAKER_06I know it's not spelt like that, but it could be. Said.
SPEAKER_05Only because I I gotta go out.
SPEAKER_06Said. According to the French publication Le Monde, who said the discovery occurred Monday night and he was 69. His attorney said that if her client died from a heart attack, it will have been from the anxiety he suffered every day over his inquiries into his ties to the sex offender who died in jail, did he, while awaiting trial in 2019. Department of Justice investigators reportedly found that Epstein paid thousands of dollars to Saeed, whose name appears hundreds of times in the department's Epstein Library. Said used his connections in the fashion industry to accommodate the influential millionaire. Epstein had ties to powerful figures, including former president Bill Clinton, the British Royal, known as Prince Andrew, and Donald Trump before he became president. Parisian prosecutors who've been investigating Saeed since February reportedly intend to look into his possible involvement into with uh human trafficking and criminal conspiracy. They hadn't found sufficient grounds to arrest him prior to his death. Two women told CNN that they were harmed by Epstein after being referred to him by Saeed, who claimed no one he introduced to the dubious financier ever complained to him. He also said that he was under the impression that Epstein was a casting director with influence at Victoria's Secret. CNN found no evidence to back that claim. Saeed said he was such a powerful person. How can I not trust him? He said he was aware Epstein was charged with soliciting prostitution in 2008, but he believed the matter had been resolved. The pair remained acquaintances after Epstein was released from jail in July of 2009. A model has accused Said himself of raping her in the 90s. He also denied that allegation.
SPEAKER_05So one question from the budget line is the text line. Anyone know where Hillary was?
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Yeah. So I it it's just I mean, listen, he might have died of a heart attack. I don't know. May have. Um Senator Tom Tillis of North Carolina said he won't fa he's a Republican from North Carolina, right? Senator. He won't vote in favor of Todd Blanche's confirmation as Attorney General unless the nominee meets with survivors of Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring. The Republican lawmaker is re who is retiring is considered a crucial swing vote on Blanche's bid. But he wants to see this meeting happen before any vote in the Judiciary Committee, which is expected July 30th. What do you think about that?
SPEAKER_05I think Tillis is an income hope.
SPEAKER_06So there's a lot of questions about Todd Blanche meeting with Ghislaine Maxwell in jail, and then shortly after that he said he was investigating whether there are any other co-conspirators, and then the next thing you know, she is sent to a more luxurious prison. If there is such one.
SPEAKER_05Interesting.
SPEAKER_06No, yeah, we did know that, but I'm just saying that um that doesn't sit right with a lot of people because they're saying that she said what she thought Ted uh Todd Blanche wanted to hear, which was Trump was nowhere near this situation, basically clearing Trump and his Trump circle um and in any wrongdoing. And then she was rewarded with this better placement. Okay. That's the claim.
SPEAKER_05Right. The people with TDS and the never Trumpers, like Attillis and all the rest of them, you know, they they they put so much faith in the fact that, ooh, we got connections to Trump on this Epstein. This will get rid of him, and we can go back to, you know, the usual way of doing business where we all get rich off the American people and they're stupid and they just keep voting, you know, blah, blah, blah. And and it's not happening for them. It didn't happen for them. It would have happened a long time ago if there was any evidence. And so now they're just kind of, you know, um taking my vote and going home kind of attitude. Tills is just another one of them. You know, it's gonna take a long time, sadly, to rid ourselves of people like this. Hopefully, I don't know, I didn't dig into it yet, so don't quote me on any of this, but this no more insider trading stuff, you know, although it doesn't go far enough, I think, from what I've gathered about it. This will start weeding out some of those grifters that vie to be our leaders in DC and then just sit on their bumps, never introduce any bills, never do anything of any substance, but somehow leave DC millionaires. So hopefully, this is the start of that. Weeding some of those people out. And we get some actual people that want to do the business for the people. Tillis is just another in my mind.
SPEAKER_06Well, he's on his way out.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. But you know, more of that, please.
SPEAKER_06Also, we had a former state senator locally in the Dorchester community uh pass away. He was found dead in his apart h in his home. Uh he had a history of abuse problems, um, like uh alcohol and I don't know if it had anything to do with it, alcohol and drugs in the past. Um, and so a lot of people know him um and he was found dead inside his home and there's no word yet. They didn't even say they they um uh suspected foul play or not. So, but he was also found dead. Um, and it's it's just like you know. Well, listen, uh, we do know that heart disease is the number one killer of men and women, and if you add up all the other diseases combined uh two through four, they don't even pass surpass heart disease. And uh it's so important to make sure you're up on that, and and I'm bringing it up only because you know, there's a lot of environmental things that we do that make the situation worse, and I'm sure that hereditary factors come into play. But I think a lot of what you eat and smoke and drink and do all these things with drugs, whatever, it puts a lot of wear and tear on your arteries around your heart. Um, and it could cause all sorts of problems, and you just need to get medical care on a regular basis. Um But you know, some people I feel like some people just have a death wish sometimes. They don't care, maybe, and they just do all these things that harm their body.
SPEAKER_05Um 16 subscribers.
SPEAKER_06Nice!
SPEAKER_05Okay just to let you know.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, hey, coming up at 705, we're going to be talking with former congressman, former governor, uh Mark Sanford. I believe he's um about to file or I think he's gonna file today uh for the Senate run for Lindsay Graham C. So his peeps reached. Out to me last night and said, Hey, can you squeeze him in? Because he's going to be in town in the Ory County area. So by the way, he has a book out from 2021. And the name of the book is Two Roads Divert Diverged, a Second Chance for the Republican Party, the Conservative Movement, the Nation, and ourselves. And he's always beating the drum on fiscal responsibility and free market and the debt the debt, the national debt. He's always beating that drum. He's been very critical of President Donald Trump.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I saw that.
SPEAKER_06Um so, you know, I'm curious to see who he's voted for. Um also gonna ask him uh who he's voted for for governor to be the nominee. Want to know where his head's at there. Means a lot to who what kind of because he's been governor, so I'd like to know who he picked. Right. As the nominee.
SPEAKER_05From his point of view, he knows what it takes to run the state. Yeah. So he's going to lean towards the person he thinks that can do that job just as well, if not better, than he.
SPEAKER_06And how has he made amends with his constituents after his um long walk off of a long pier? Yeah. After his scandal.
SPEAKER_05Right. There's a lot of people online that won't let that up.
SPEAKER_06No. No.
SPEAKER_05He posts things in Sanford and they all tag him. Oh, how was your walk? Yeah, it's just like I get it. But, you know, is is that a what's the word I'm is that a deal breaker?
SPEAKER_06It's because he lied about it. There are a lot of people that get caught in affairs, and that's a really crappy thing to have like a stain on your personal your um what's the word I'm looking for? Your character. Your character, right. But then you lied about it. To cover it up, and that just made it worse.
SPEAKER_05The big question is, is it a deal breaker for South Carolinians when they go to the polls? Well I don't I don't pretend to know.
SPEAKER_06We'll find out. Won't we on August 11th?
SPEAKER_05I do believe we will. Oh, we can we can ask him if he's gonna participate. Oh no, that's right.
SPEAKER_06In the debate.
SPEAKER_05No, that's the Senate. No, it is, yeah.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_05See, I'm getting governor and Senate can I I you know what I need to do? I need to go back to bed. I'm having the worst morning ever.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Yeah. I your brain is all over. You're very like, yeah, very tense today. Is it because the party's coming up?
SPEAKER_05No, no, no. No, that doesn't bother me. Okay.
SPEAKER_06Well, when we come back, uh are we coming back?
SPEAKER_05Yes, if you shut up.
SPEAKER_06Oh, okay. I'm sorry. Jeez.
SPEAKER_05No, that wasn't a good idea.
SPEAKER_06You need to take you need to take a nice pill. Okay, goodbye.
SPEAKER_04The Liz Callaway Show with Nick Summers. Making Grand Strand Morning Radio great again. Back in a bit.
SPEAKER_06All right. Revive the hive. Oh my goodness. My stucco is repaired. And the guy did amaz. I didn't I can't even see it at all. It makes me so happy. I had this dent and this big, like real big crack thing going on in the front of my stucco of my house because some somebody had something in it.
SPEAKER_05Aliens yet?
SPEAKER_06Has that been released in the uh they happened in two different times? It was two different times because first the dent was there, then this was there. So I don't know who it was. Uh, but they fixed it, and um, I'm so happy because it's so hard to find someone who's gonna do something to do who knows what they're doing with stucco, and that's why I trusted Revive the Hive, they really came through for me. Um, not only that, but even power washing stucco. You need someone who really knows what they're doing. We actually went to go see a house a couple of weeks ago that was stucco, and someone power washed it and left these like white squiggly marks all over the stucco. I'm not kidding. I mean, if you don't hire the right people, and that's why Revive the Hive, when they're doing renovations and I mean, bigger than what I just had done, whole extensions put on their home and they're doing all these massive projects. You gotta make sure all those tradespeople are cared, are are they care about what they're doing. And Revive the Hive will manage the whole project for you, and they do a lot of the work themselves too. Go to revive the hive sc.com.
